The much-anticipated journey of INCEPTION ’24 kicked off on the 26th of July with a virtual bang, as the first phase brought together the newest members of the Rotaract family in an exciting Zoom meeting. The digital platform transformed into a space of lively interaction, where more than just introductions were exchanged.
The session started with a warm welcome by the host Rtr. Hashini De Silva followed by the speech of the President Rtr. Kaveesha Dodanthenna where she gave an introduction on what Rotaract is to the newbies. Then the secretary of the club Rtr. Shenaya shared the club achievements and introduced the board of directors. After that Rtr. Paveesha walked the newbies through the induction process of the club and announced the “Most Engaging Participant” competition guidelines. After the speeches Directors gave an introduction to their Avenue with Interesting slides and videos and invited newbies to join hands with them in future projects.
The informative discussions was followed by an interesting Quiz including fun Riddles. But the highlight of the day was choosing the “Most Engaging Participant”. This engagement challenge encouraged participants to step up their game and actively participate in the session. The most active and engaging member didn’t just walk away with newfound connections, they were recognized with special shout-outs and a Valuable gift which was a Club T-Shirt. After careful judgment Rtr. Inosha was selected as the winner of the competition.
Through the Phase 01 of Inception’24 newcomers were given a taste of the Rotaract spirit. They learned the values, the goals, and most importantly, the fun that awaits them in the journey ahead. In essence, Phase 1 of INCEPTION’24 wasn’t just an orientation. It was the opening act of an adventure, where every participant felt the pulse of Rotaract’s vibrant community, preparing them for the even more thrilling experiences.
After the virtual excitement of Phase 1, it was time to bring the energy to life with BASH & BOND, the much-anticipated Phase 2 of Inception ’24 – physical interactive session held on the 25th of September at the Faculty premises. The event gathered not only the fresh faces of the Rotaract Club but also directors and general members.
The day began with a warm welcome speech by Rtr. Shenaya Fernando, the Secretary of Rotaract Club of University of Colombo Faculty of Management and Finance. She set the tone, emphasizing the importance of connection and teamwork in the Rotaract journey. Following her words of encouragement, Rtr. Hashini De Silva took over as the host, introducing the Board of Directors to the new members, further fostering a sense of belonging and unity.
And then, the real fun began. The session quickly shifted into an engaging string of games designed to break the ice and inject fun into every moment. The Balloon Caterpillar, Human Rope Circle, and had everyone laughing and cheering as new members, directors, and general members got involved in a whirl of teamwork and friendly competition. One of the most exciting moments came with the Knees-Foot-Shoulder-Waist Cup Game, a game so engaging that even the directors couldn’t resist joining in. Amidst the laughter and excitement, it was a new member who outplayed everyone, winning the game and earning well-deserved cheers from the entire room.
The laughter didn’t stop there as the Telephone Charades rolled in, where participants had to pass along a sentence resulting in hilariously distorted outcomes by the time the final person had to reveal what they heard. The result was a room full of laughter as the club’s new members and seasoned Rotaractors bonded over the shared joy of play. In addition to fun and games, the day served as a valuable opportunity for directors to identify potential leaders for future projects, with several members showing promise and interest in taking up key roles. 
The event closed on a high note, with Rtr. Kaveesha Dodanthenna, the Club President, delivering an inspiring speech. She encouraged the new members to dive into the world of Rotaract with enthusiasm and dedication, reminding them of the endless opportunities to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact. Her words left the newcomers with a renewed sense of excitement to be part of something bigger. These two phases of Inception 2024 were not just two days of fun, it was a step into the heart of Rotaract, where connections are made, friendships are forged, and leaders are born. With two successful phases behind them, the members of RACUOCFMF are ready to embark on their Rotaract journey, armed with enthusiasm, teamwork, and a shared vision for the future.
බොහෝ සෙයින් බලාපොරොත්තු වූ INCEPTION ’24 ජූලි 26 වන දින මාර්ගගතව ආරම්භ විය, පළමු අදියර Rotaract පවුලේ නවතම සාමාජිකයින් Zoom Workplace හරහා රැස්වීමකට එක් කරන ලදී. ඩිජිටල් වේදිකාව සජීවී අන්තර්ක්‍රියා අවකාශයක් බවට පරිවර්තනය විය, එහිදී හුදෙක් හැඳින්වීම්වලට වඩා වැඩි යමක් හුවමාරු විය.
Rtr. Hashini De Silva විසින් උණුසුම් පිළිගැනීමකින් අනතුරුව සැසිවාරය ආරම්භ වූ අතර ඉන් අනතුරුව සභාපතිතුමිය Rtr. Kaveesha Dodanthenne ගේ කතාවද සිදු කළේය. එහිදී නවකයන්ට Rotaract යනු කුමක්ද යන්න පිළිබඳව හැඳින්වීමක් සිදු කළාය. අනතුරුව ලේකම් Rtr. Shenaya Fernando විසින් සමාජයේ ජයග්‍රහණ බෙදාගනිමින් අධ්‍යක්ෂ මණ්ඩලය හඳුන්වා දෙන ලදී. ඉන් පසු Rtr. Paveesha නවකයන් වෙත එක් වූ අතර “වඩාත්ම ආකර්ශනීය සහභාගිවන්නා” තරඟ මාර්ගෝපදේශ නිවේදනය කළේය. කතාවෙන් පසු අධ්‍යක්ෂවරු ඔවුන්ගේ මාවතට සිත්ගන්නා රූපරාමු සමඟ හැඳින්වීමක් කළ අතර අනාගත ව්‍යාපෘති සඳහා ඔවුන් සමඟ අත්වැල් බැඳ ගන්නා ලෙස නවකයන්ට ආරාධනා කළහ.
තොරතුරු සාකච්ඡා වලින් පසුව විනෝදාත්මක ප්‍රහේලිකා ඇතුළු රසවත් ප්‍රශ්නාවලියක් පැවැත්විණි, නමුත් දවසේ විශේෂත්වය වූයේ “වඩාත් ආකර්ශනීය සහභාගිවන්නා” තෝරා ගැනීමයි. මෙම නියැලීමේ අභියෝගය සහභාගිවන්නන්ට ඔවුන්ගේ ක්‍රීඩාව වැඩි කිරීමට සහ සැසියට ක්‍රියාකාරීව සහභාගී වීමට දිරිමත් කළේය. වඩාත්ම ක්‍රියාශීලී සහ ආකර්ශනීය සාමාජිකයා නව සම්බන්ධතා සමඟින් ඉවත්ව ගියේ නැත, ඔවුන් විශේෂ කෑගැසීම් සහ ටී – Shirts වැනි වටිනා තෑග්ගක් සමඟින් හඳුනා ගන්නා ලදී. ප්‍රවේශමෙන් විනිශ්චය කිරීමෙන් පසු Rtr. Inosha තරගයේ ජයග්‍රාහකයා ලෙස තේරී පත් වූවාය.
Inception’24 අදියරේ 01 වන අදියර හරහා නවකයන්ට Rotaract ආත්මයේ රසයක් ලබා දෙන ලදී. ඔවුන් සාරධර්ම, ඉලක්ක සහ වඩාත්ම වැදගත් දෙය නම් ඉදිරි ගමනේදී ඔවුන් අපේක්ෂා කරන විනෝදය ඉගෙන ගත්හ. සාරාංශයක් ලෙස, INCEPTION ’24 හි පළමු අදියර දිශානතියක් පමණක් නොවීය. එය ත්‍රාසජනක ක්‍රියාවක ආරම්භක ක්‍රියාවක් වූ අතර, සෑම සහභාගිවන්නෙකුටම රොටරැක්ට් හි විචිත්‍රවත් ප්‍රජාවේ ස්පන්දනය දැනෙමින්, ඔවුන්ව වඩාත් ත්‍රාසජනක අත්දැකීම් සඳහා සූදානම් කළේය.
පළමු අදියරේ ප්‍රබෝධයෙන් පසුව, සැප්තැම්බර් 25 වන දින පීඨ පරිශ්‍රයේදී පැවති Inception ’24 හි භෞතික අන්තර්ක්‍රියාකාරී සැසියේ බොහෝ අපේක්ෂිත 2 වන අදියර වන BASH & BOND සමඟින් ශක්තිය ජීවයට ගෙන ඒමට කාලය එළඹ ඇත. උත්සවය රැස් විය. රොටරැක්ට් සමාජයේ නැවුම් මුහුණු පමණක් නොව අධ්‍යක්ෂකවරුන් සහ සාමාන්‍ය සාමාජිකයින් ද වේ.
Rtr. Shenaya විසින් උණුසුම් පිළිගැනීමේ කතාවකින් දවස ආරම්භ විය. කොළඹ විශ්වවිද්‍යාලයේ Rotaract සමාජයේ කළමනාකරණ හා මූල්‍ය පීඨයේ ලේකම් Rtr. Shenaya, Rotaract ගමනේදී සම්බන්ධතාවයේ සහ කණ්ඩායම් වැඩ කිරීමේ වැදගත්කම අවධාරණය කරමින් ආරම්භයක් සකස් කළාය. ඇයගේ දිරිගැන්වීමේ වචන අනුගමනය කරමින් නව සාමාජිකයින්ට අධ්‍යක්ෂ මණ්ඩලය හඳුන්වා දෙමින් Rtr. Hashini De Silva සත්කාරක ධූරයට පත් වූවාය.
එවිට සැබෑ විනෝදය ආරම්භ විය. සැසිය ඉක්මනින් අයිස් බිඳීමට සහ සෑම මොහොතකටම විනෝදය එන්නත් කිරීමට නිර්මාණය කර ඇති ආකර්ෂණීය ක්‍රීඩා පෙළකට මාරු විය. Knees – Foot – Shoulder – waist cup ක්‍රීඩාව සමඟින් වඩාත් උද්වේගකර අවස්ථාවක් උදාවිය, අධ්‍යක්ෂවරුන්ට පවා සම්බන්ධ වීම වැළැක්විය නොහැකි තරම් ආකර්ශනීය ක්‍රීඩාවක් විය. සිනහව සහ උද්යෝගය මධ්‍යයේ, එය සියලු දෙනා අභිබවා ගොස් ජයග්‍රහණය කළේ නවක සාමාජිකයෙකි.
සිනහව එතැනින් නතර නොවීය, දීර්ඝ විනෝදාත්මක ඉසව් කිහිපයක් සමඟින් සියලු දෙනා ඉකිනෙකා හඳුනාගන්නා ලදී. විනෝදයට සහ ක්‍රීඩා වලට අමතරව, අනාගත ව්‍යාපෘති සඳහා විභව නායකයින් හඳුනා ගැනීමට අධ්‍යක්ෂවරුන්ට වටිනා අවස්ථාවක් ලෙස මෙම දිනය ක්‍රියා කළේය, සාමාජිකයින් කිහිප දෙනෙකු ප්‍රධාන භූමිකාවන් භාර ගැනීමට උනන්දුව පෙන්වයි. 
උත්සවය ඉහළ සටහනකින් අවසන් විය, Rotaract සමාජ ශාලාවේ සභාපති Kaveesha Dodanthenna විසින් ප්‍රබෝධමත් දේශනයක් පවත්වමින්. ඇය නව සාමාජිකයින්ට උනන්දුවෙන් හා කැපවීමෙන් Rotaract ලෝකයට කිමිදීමට දිරිමත් කළ අතර, ඉගෙනීමට, වර්ධනය වීමට සහ අර්ථවත් බලපෑමක් ඇති කිරීමට ඇති නිමක් නැති අවස්ථාවන් ඔවුන්ට මතක් කර දුන්නාය. ඇගේ වදන් නවකයින්ට විශාල දෙයක කොටසක් වීමට නව උද්යෝගයක් ඇති කළේය.
Inception 2024 හි මෙම අදියර දෙක හුදෙක් විනෝදයෙන් දින දෙකක් පමණක් නොව, එය Rotaract හි හදවතට පියවරක් විය, එහිදී සම්බන්ධතා ඇති කර ගන්නා, මිත්‍රත්වයන් ඇති වන සහ නායකයින් බිහි වේ. සාර්ථක අදියර දෙකක් පිටුපසින්, RACUOCFMF සාමාජිකයින් උද්යෝගයෙන්, කණ්ඩායම් ක්‍රියාකාරකම්වලින් සහ අනාගතය සඳහා හවුල් දැක්මකින් සන්නද්ධව ඔවුන්ගේ Rotaract ගමන ආරම්භ කිරීමට සූදානම්ව සිටිති.

புரவலர் Rtr. Hashini De Silva வின் அன்பான வரவேற்புடன் அமர்வு ஆரம்பமானது. அதனைத் தொடர்ந்து ஜனாதிபதியின் உரை இடம்பெற்றது. Rtr. Rtr. Kaveesha Dodanthenna புதியவர்களுக்கு ரோட்ராக்ட் என்றால் என்ன என்பது பற்றி அறிமுகம் செய்தார்.பின்னர் கழகத்தின் செயலாளர் Rtr. Rtr. கட்டம் 1 இன் மெய்நிகர் உற்சாகத்திற்குப் பிறகு, BASH & BOND உடன் ஆற்றலை உயிர்ப்பிப்பதற்கான நேரம் வந்துவிட்டது, இது மிகவும் எதிர்பார்க்கப்பட்ட Inception ’24 இன் 2 ஆம் கட்டம் – செப்டம்பர் 25 ஆம் தேதி பீட வளாகத்தில் நடைபெற்றது. இந்த நிகழ்வில் ரோட்ராக்ட் கிளப்பின் புதிய முகங்கள் மட்டுமின்றி இயக்குநர்கள் மற்றும் பொது உறுப்பினர்களும் கூடினர்.
Rotaract Club of University of Colombo, Faculty of Management and Finance இன் செயலாளர் Rtr. அடுத்து குதூகலமாக Telephone Charades ஆரம்பிக்கப்பட்டது. பங்கேற்பாளர்கள் ஒரு வாக்கியத்தை இரகசியமாக கடத்துவதன் விளைவாக இறுதி நபர் அவர்கள் கேட்டதை வெளிப்படுத்தும் நேரத்தில் அது மிகவும் நகைச்சுவையாக அமைந்தது. இதன் விளைவாக, கிளப்பின் புதிய உறுப்பினர்கள் மற்றும் அனுபவம் வாய்ந்த ரோட்டராக்டர்கள் விளையாட்டின் மகிழ்ச்சியுடன் இணைந்ததால் சிரிப்பு நிரம்பி இருந்தது.
கேளிக்கை மற்றும் விளையாட்டுகளுக்கு மேலதிகமாக, எதிர்காலத் திட்டங்களுக்கான பொறுப்பான தலைவர்களை அடையாளம் காண இயக்குநர்களுக்கு ஒரு மதிப்புமிக்க வாய்ப்பாக இந்த நாள் அமைந்தது, பல உறுப்பினர்கள் முக்கியப் பாத்திரங்களை ஏற்றுக்கொள்வதில் வாக்குறுதியையும் ஆர்வத்தையும் காட்டுகின்றனர்.
கழகத் தலைவர் Rtr. Kaveesha Dodanthenna இன் உரை உடன் நிகழ்வு மிகவும் சிறப்பாக நிறைவுற்றது. புதிய உறுப்பினர்களை உற்சாகத்துடனும் அர்ப்பணிப்புடனும் ரோட்ராக்ட் உலகிற்குள் நுழைய ஊக்குவித்தார், கற்று, வளர மற்றும் அர்த்தமுள்ள தாக்கத்தை ஏற்படுத்துவதற்கான முடிவற்ற வாய்ப்புகளை அவர்களுக்கு நினைவூட்டினார். அவளுடைய வார்த்தைகள் புதிதாக வந்தவர்களுக்கு ஏதோ ஒரு பெரிய விஷயத்தின் ஒரு பகுதியாக இருக்க வேண்டும் என்ற உற்சாக உணர்வை ஏற்படுத்தியது.
Inception 2024 இன் இந்த இரண்டு கட்டங்களும் இரண்டு நாட்கள் வேடிக்கையாக மற்றும் இல்லை, இது ரோட்ராக்டின் இதயத்தில் ஒரு படியாக இருந்தது, அங்கு இணைப்புகள் உருவாக்கப்படுகின்றன, நட்புகள் உருவாக்கப்படுகின்றன, தலைவர்கள் பிறக்கிறார்கள். இரண்டு வெற்றிகரமான கட்டங்களுக்குப் பின்னால், RACUOCFMF இன் உறுப்பினர்கள் உற்சாகம், குழுப்பணி மற்றும் எதிர்காலத்திற்கான பகிரப்பட்ட பார்வையுடன் தங்கள் ரோட்ராக்ட் பயணத்தைத் தொடங்கத் தயாராக உள்ளனர்.
