Every project of RACUOCFMF is focused upon making a positive impact that is beneficial for the community and it takes a lot of hard work, dedication, and commitment to complete a project successfully. Developing project management skills undoubtedly support the members to plan, organize, implement, evaluate, and promote the projects in an effective manner. Such opportunities pave way for the members of the club to improve their project management skills, and thus it is an obvious fact that we can do wonders as a club and initiate more creative projects every year. The second phase of the Project Upgrade, “Inside Scoop” was organized in order to improve the overall effectiveness of project management of the club, with the main focus on devising an impactful and sustainable project and guiding the participants to develop their report writing skills.
The first session of Inside Scoop was held virtually on the 24th of September 2021, which was skillfully conducted by DRR Rtr. PP Akhila Adishwara with the participation of our very own club members. The session was focused on leading impactful projects where Rtr PP Akhila Adishwara interactively communicated tips to execute an impactful project idea and how to maintain sustainability of projects in a virtual context. This session gave a clear insight for the participants upon how to initiate successful projects that will create a positive impact for the society.
The second session of Inside Scoop which was held on the 25th of September 2021 was conducted by our very own power duo; Rtr. Arshad Ismail & Rtr. Oshadi Dias who comprehensively enriched the knowledge of the participants with more insights on project procedures covering various aspects on finance, PR, communication, selecting committee members etc. The execution and implementation stage being the most crucial stage of a project, the participants were given the opportunity of gaining a thorough idea on how to initiate, manage, and complete project procedures in an organized and effective manner.
A project report is indeed an essentially required element of any project as it communicates the outcome and the success of the project, showcasing the hard work and the dedication of the responsible parties, which is also used an evident factor of a massive effort. The third session conducted by Rtr. IPP Thisura Rmanayake and Rtr. Nishika Silva, who covered many areas on report guide and report format, teaching the participants on how to write each section of a project report in a creative and an informative manner.
The final session of Inside Scoop that took place on the 3rd of October 2021 and was conducted by Rtr. IPP Thisura Rmanyake and Rtr. Nishika Silva, which was a case study evaluation where the facilitators selected a few simplified case reports and compared it with their own, highlighting the key areas to improve in project report writing.
With the completion of the four insightful sessions of Inside Scoop, the Project Upgrade reached its milestone of successful completion of the second phase, giving an opportunity to our fellow Rotaractors to improve their project management skills and to create more successful projects which would ultimately create a positive impact for the society.
Project Upgrade දෙවන අදියර, “Inside Scoop” සංවිධානය කරන ලද්දේ සමාජයේ ව්‍යාපෘති කළමනාකරණයේ සමස්ත කාර්යක්ෂමතාවය වැඩිදියුණු කිරීම සඳහා වන අතර, ඵලදායී සහ තිරසාර ව්‍යාපෘතියක් සැලසුම් කිරීම සහ සහභාගිවන්නන්ට ඔවුන්ගේ වාර්තා ලිවීමේ කුසලතා වර්ධනය කිරීමට මග පෙන්වීම එහි ප්‍රධාන අරමුණ විය. Inside Scoop හි පළමු සැසිය අපේම සමාජිකයන්ගේ සහභාගීත්වයෙන් 2021 සැප්තැම්බර් 24 වන දින එය DRR Rtr. PP අඛිල අදීශ්වර විසින් ඉතා දක්ෂ ලෙස පවත්වන ලදී. සමාජයට ධනාත්මක බලපෑමක් ඇති කරන සාර්ථක ව්‍යාපෘති ආරම්භ කරන්නේ කෙසේද යන්න පිළිබඳව මෙම සැසිය සහභාගිවන්නන්ට පැහැදිලි අවබෝධයක් ලබා දුන්නේය. 2021 සැප්තැම්බර් 25 වන දින පැවැත් වූ Inside Scoop හි දෙවන සැසිය මෙහෙයවනු ලැබුවේ Rtr. අර්ෂඩ් ස්මයිල් සහ Rtr. ඕෂදී ඩයස් විසිනි. ව්‍යාපෘති ක්‍රියා පටිපාටි සංවිධානාත්මකව හා ඵලදායි ලෙස ආරම්භ කිරීම, කළමනාකරණය කිරීම සහ සම්පූර්ණ කිරීම පිළිබඳ සම්පූර්ණ අදහසක් ලබා ගැනීමේ අවස්ථාව සහභාගිවන්නන්ට මෙයින් හිමිවිය. Rtr. IPP තිසුර රාමනායක සහ Rtr. නිෂිකා සිල්වා විසින් පවත්වන ලද තුන්වන සැසිය වාර්තා මාර්ගෝපදේශය සහ වාර්තා ආකෘතිය පිළිබඳ ක්ෂේත්‍ර රැසක් ආවරණය කරන ලද අතර ව්‍යාපෘති වාර්තාවක එක් එක් කොටස නිර්මාණශීලීව සහ තොරතුරු සහිත ලෙස ලියන ආකාරය පිළිබඳව සහභාගිවන්නන් දැනුවත් කිරීම ද සිදු විය. Inside Scoop හි අවසන් සැසිය 2021 ඔක්තෝබර් 3 වන දින පැවැත් වූ අතර එය මෙහෙයවනු ලැබුවේ Rtr. IPP තිසුර රාමනායකසහ Rtr. නිෂිකා සිල්වා විසිනි. එය මුලිකව සිද්ධි අධ්‍යයන ඇගයීමක් වූ අතර එහිදී පහසුකම් සපයන්නන් විසින් සරල සිද්ධි වාර්තා කිහිපයක් තෝරාගෙන එය ඔවුන්ගේ වාර්තා සමඟ සංසන්දනය කරමින් ව්‍යාපෘති වාර්තා ලිවීමේදී වැඩිදියුණු කළ යුතු ප්‍රධාන අංශ පිළිබඳව ඉස්මතු කළේය. Inside Scoop හි සැසි හතරක් සම්පූර්ණ කිරීමත් සමඟ, Project Upgrade දෙවන අදියර සාර්ථකව නිම කිරීමේ සන්ධිස්ථානයට ළඟා වූ අතර, අපගේ සහෝදර රොටරැක්ටර්වරුන්ට ඔවුන්ගේ ව්‍යාපෘති කළමනාකරණ කුසලතා වැඩිදියුණු කිරීමට සහ වඩාත් සාර්ථක ව්‍යාපෘති නිර්මාණය කිරීමේ අවස්ථාව ද සැලසිනි.

RACUOCFMF இன் கழக உறுப்பினர்களின் அத்தகைய திறனை மேம்படுத்த நடாத்தப்பட்ட ஒரு நிகழ்வே ‘Inside scoop’ ஆகும். இது திட்டம் ‘upgrade’ இன் 2ம் கட்டமாகும். இதன் 2வது அமர்வு புரட்டாதி 25 அன்று Rtr. Arshad ismail மற்றும் Rtr.Oshadi dias இனால் நடாத்தப்பட்டது. செயற்திட்டங்களை அமுல்படுத்தல், முகாமை செய்தல், முழுமைப்படுத்தல் மற்றும் நிதி, தொடர்பாடல், குழு தெரிவு போன்ற விடயங்கள் என பல்வேறுபட்ட விடயங்களில் தம் அறிவினைப் பெற்றுக் கொள்ள கழக அங்கத்தினருக்கு உதவியாய் அமைந்தது. அறிக்கை என்பது ஒவ்வொரு திட்ட முடிவிலும் உதன் வெற்றியையும், உள்ளடக்கத்தினையும் தொடர்பாடல் செய்யும் கருவியாம் என்பதுடன் ஒரு ஆதாரமுமாகும். இந்த அமர்வு Rtr. IPP Thisura Rmanayake and Rtr. Nishika Silva ஆகியோரால், கற்பனை வளத்துடனும் மற்றும் தகவல் வழங்கக்கூடிய வகையிலும் அறிக்கை எழுதுவதனை பற்றி கூறினர். ஒக்டோபர் 3 அன்று இறுதி அமர்வானது ‘case study’- நிகழ்வு ஆய்வுகள் சில பற்றிய கலந்துரையாடல் அமர்வாக அமைந்தது.
4 அமர்வுகளின் முடிவில் இத் திட்டமானது வெற்றிகரமாக முடிக்கப்பட்டது. கழக அங்கத்தினர் சமூகத்திற்கு நிலைபேறான மற்றும் நேர்மறையான தாக்கத்தினை தம் செயற்திட்டங்கள் மூலம் ஏற்படுத்த இது வழிகோலும் என நம்புகின்றோம்.
