In August, RACUOCFMF was enriched by the dedication and leadership of two remarkable individuals, Rtr. Paveesha Perera and Rtr. Kasuni Rupasinghe, our Directors of Membership Development as the Board Members of the month, who have been the glue that brings all members together, fostering unity and connection in everything they do.

Rtr. Paveesha Perera

She played a key role in the planning and execution of INCEPTION ’24, our flagship project that inducts new members into the club. Paveesha’s attention to detail and forward-thinking approach ensured that the event was not just a formality but an experience where new recruits felt connected to the club’s vision and values from day one. She has a creative approach and dedication to make each member feel valued and it has been the key to fostering a vibrant and inclusive club atmosphere. Her ability to blend professionalism with a personal touch left a lasting impact, making every new member feel like they were stepping into a community, not just a club.

Rtr. Kasuni Rupasinghe

Her natural ability to connect with people and build meaningful relationships has been key in maintaining strong ties between both new and existing members. Kasuni was at the forefront of INCEPTION ’24, ensuring that every part of the induction was not only informative but also engaging and fun. Her creative ideas, like introducing ice-breaking activities and interactive segments, brought new members closer to each other and the club.
