Celestia’24

Project Celestia’24 was a splendid year-end celebration that brought together the members of the Rotaract Club of the University of Colombo Faculty of Management and Finance (RACUOCFMF), including board and exco members. Held at the picturesque Catamaran Beach Restaurant in Mount Lavinia. The event was to start at 5 PM but it was delayed a bit, however, we started with the welcome drink offered by the restaurant to start up our event with a fresh. After that, we tried to float some sky lanterns, but it was not a success with the rough sea breeze. Keeping the sky lanterns aside we went for the most awaited part of the event, which was the fireworks show. Our boys arranged the fireworks, which was not an easy task. At first, we started with a shell fountain firework which all the members got scared. To have some beautiful pictures we lightened some sparklers where all the members had lots of fun. Skyrockets were the most beautiful fireworks, adding more color to the event, and making the experience even more magical.The buffet dinner was then opened, offering a variety of delicious dishes that everyone enjoyed. During the meal, the club’s president, secretary, and members reminisced about the past year’s wonderful moments and successful projects. They expressed gratitude for the camaraderie and teamwork that defined their journey together. The highlight of Celestia’24 was the musical session. Members sang and danced together, creating a vibrant and joyous atmosphere. Rtr Venuja Silva captivated everyone with his performance, adding a special touch to the night. Celestia’24 was truly a night to remember. It was a celebration of achievements, camaraderie, and the wonderful journey of the Rotaract year 2023-24, bringing all members together for a final, unforgettable gathering.

Skyrockets Fireworks යනු වඩාත් අලංකාර ගිනිකෙළි වන අතර එය මෙම අවස්ථාට තවත් වර්ණ එක් කළ අතර එම අත්දැකීම වඩාත් පුදුමජනක කළේය.
