Over time, bakers created a cake version that keeps the same sweet, spiced flavors but in a soft, fluffy cake form. Today, cinnamon roll cake is loved worldwide as a warm and comforting dessert. The fluffy cake melts in your mouth, while the swirls of cinnamon and sugar add a rich, slightly caramelized taste. A creamy glaze on top makes it extra sweet and delicious.
