We at RACUOCFMF implemented the project “PARADISE SRI LANKA 2.0” under the Public Relations Avenue which was a continuation of the project that commenced in the year 2021, that intended to raise awareness on different tourist destinations in Sri Lanka through social media by posting 11 videos on the TikTok. The project commenced on the 7th of September to celebrate “World Tourist Day” and continued till the 27th of September. Firstly, to enhance the excitement and to anticipate the project, teasers and flyer posters were released on social media platforms and the videos were based on the popular tourist destinations in Sri Lanka. These videos were based on gorgeous palm-fringed beaches, verdant jungles, scenic towering mountains, and Heritage sites.
RACUOCFMFහි අප විසින් TikTok හි වීඩියෝ 11ක් පළ කරමින් සමාජ මාධ්ය හරහා ශ්රී ලංකාවේ විවිධ සංචාරක ගමනාන්තයන් පිළිබඳව දැනුවත් කිරීමට “PARADISE SRI LANKA 2.0” ව්යාපෘතිය පවත් වනු ලැබුවේ 2021 වසරේ ආරම්භ කරන ලද ව්යාපෘතියේ අඛණ්ඩ පැවැත්මක් ලෙසය. මෙම ව්යාපෘතිය “ලෝක සංචාරක දිනය” සැමරීම සඳහා සැප්තැම්බර් 7 වැනිදා ආරම්භ වූ අතර සැප්තැම්බර් 27 වැනිදා දක්වා ක්රියාත්මක විය. පළමුව, මෙම ව්යාපෘතිය පිලිබදව උද්යෝගය වැඩි කිරීමේ අරමුණින්, සමාජ මාධ්ය වේදිකාවල ටීසර් සහ ෆ්ලයිර් පෝස්ටර් නිකුත් කරන ලද අතර පළ කරනු ලැබූ වීඩියෝ දර්ශන ශ්රී ලංකාවේ ජනප්රිය සංචාරක ගමනාන්තයන් මත පදනම් විය. මෙම වීඩියෝ පට පාදක වී ඇත්තේ අලංකාර තල් අතු සහිත වෙරළ තීරයන්, සශ්රීක වනාන්තර, දර්ශනීය කුළුණු කඳු සහ උරුම ස්ථාන මත ය.
டிக்டோக்கில் 11 வீடியோக்களை வெளியிட்டு சமூக ஊடகங்கள் மூலம் இலங்கையில் உள்ள பல்வேறு சுற்றுலா தலங்கள் பற்றிய விழிப்புணர்வை ஏற்படுத்தும் நோக்கில் 2021 ஆம் ஆண்டு ஆரம்பிக்கப்பட்ட திட்டத்தின் தொடர்ச்சியாக “பாரடைஸ் ஸ்ரீலங்கா 2.0” திட்டத்தை RACUOCFMF இல் நாங்கள் இவ்வருடமும் நடைமுறைப்படுத்தினோம். இந்த திட்டம் “உலக சுற்றுலா தினத்தை” கொண்டாடும் வகையில் செப்டம்பர் 7 ஆம் தேதி தொடங்கப்பட்டு செப்டம்பர் 27 ஆம் தேதி வரை தொடர்ந்தது. முதலாவதாக, உற்சாகத்தை அதிகரிக்கவும், திட்டத்தை பார்வையாளர்கள் எதிர்பார்க்கவும், டீஸர்கள் மற்றும் ஃப்ளையர் சுவரொட்டிகள் சமூக ஊடக தளங்களில் வெளியிடப்பட்டன. பின் இலங்கையின் பிரபலமான சுற்றுலா தலங்களை அடிப்படையாகக் கொண்ட வீடியோக்கள் இத்திட்டத்தின் மூலம் வெளியிடப்பட்டன. இந்த வீடியோக்கள் இலங்கையின் அழகிய பனை ஓலைகள் கொண்ட கடற்கரைகள், பசுமையான காடுகள், இயற்கை எழில் கொஞ்சும் மலைகள் மற்றும் பாரம்பரிய தளங்களை அடிப்படையாகக் கொண்டவை.
Sri Lanka is an island in the Indian Ocean that lies southeast of India which is known for its unparallel natural beauty. This little exotic country bequeaths enchanting landscapes, pleasant weather, ancient cities, booming Ayurveda wellness industry, safari, and wonderful people. Sri Lanka’s infamous beaches have been enticing visitors for many years.
The first video was based on Mirissa Beach which is known to be the “Surfer’s Heave” for the reason of being the best spot for surfing in Sri Lanka. Surfers from across the globe visit Mirsissa to enjoy and practice surfing and the beautiful and secluded beach is home to lovely guest houses where local as well as foreign tourists visit to spend time and relax. The second video was on Ella which is an enhancing mountain town in Sri Lanka that has quickly become a must-visit. The Ella town has a bustling atmosphere, with plenty of great cafes and restaurants. The nine-arch bridge is iconic in Ella and famous worldwide for its beauty.
The third video demonstrated the gorgeous Galle Dutch Fort which is known as a place of history, romance, and beauty that warmly welcomes tourists across the world and is also included in the UNESCO world heritage list. The fourth video was on Yala National Park which is the Sri Lanka’s most popular wildlife park mainly due to its high presence of the leopards. The park makes Sri Lanka one of the few countries in the world where the population lives side by side with free-roaming animals. The fifth video was about Meemure, a place anyone could visit to experience the best feelings of nature with its fabulous nature pools, waterfalls, and great mountains with a rolling expansion of paddy and the inspiration of rural life.
The sixth video walks us through Kithulgala, which is the hamlet in the tropical Kelani river valley. People all over the country as well as foreigners make the excursion at weekends to experience the thrilling white water rafting and to enjoy picnics in the delightful setting. The seventh video was about the Lover’s Leap waterfall which is surrounded by lush green forest and rocky terrains. This is a great place for scenic beauty lovers who are looking for a daring excursion.
The eighth video was on Unawatuna, which is the ideal destination for sea lovers who love to wake with the sound of waves. The gorgeous horseshoe-shaped beach is noted for its calm waters and sunset waves. This beach is also known as the face of the country which attracts visitors from all over. Besides, the place is surrounded by pretty hotels and nightclubs making it perfect for party goers well. The ninth video is about Arugambay, a dramatically beautiful beach with bright white sand and deep blue water. The beach owns a crescent moon shape that is similar to Hawaiian beaches.
The tenth video expresses the beautiful scenic view in Ambuluwawa which is located in Gampola, Kandy. It is Sri Lanka’s first multi-religious center. There is a tall freestanding tower resembling a stylized Buddhist stupa, a Hindu Kovil, a Muslim mosque, and a Christian Church in this Trigonometrical Station. Ambuluwawa tower owns a crooked Burton-sequel staircase, where you could experience the most amazing 360-degree views of the surrounding mountains, forests, rivers, and towns.
The project came was succesfully completed with its final video, which was added to the project as a bonus video acting as a buildup towards the end, basically giving three reasons why you should consider visiting Sri Lanka. The video contained clips from the previous videos that were uploaded as well as a special section dedicated to the wonderful cuisine of Sri Lanka. This video was uploaded on the 27th of September to commemorate the World Tourism Day of 2022.
