We’re excited to unveil “Monetization” a two-phase project designed to raise funds to support our future blog projects. The first step of our Monetization plan was Blog T. Blog T the first phase of project monetization was implemented to raise funds to not only aid in upcoming projects of the blog of FMF but also to recover some of the costs incurred in last year’s blog relaunch.
Therefore, the editors designed an elegant T-shirt that was labeled as the “Blog T” and later it was made available to purchase for both the current official blog team and the junior blog team. Past editors also purchased the blog T to help the current blog team out. A special mention needs to go out to our immediate past president Rtr. Gajaba Senaratne, Past President and Past Editor Arshad Ismail, and the founder of the FMF Blog Ruzni Faik also were kind enough to be a part of this phase. Once the T were ready, we all got excited and bought them. Wearing these Blog T-shirts made us feel proud and connected to our blogging team. But we wanted to do something special to remember this moment. So, we decided to have a photoshoot. We gathered everyone, our past editors, current team members, and even junior members at Independence Square. During the photoshoot, we took pictures of each person by themselves and also together as a group. We laughed, we posed, and we had a lot of fun. Every click of the camera captured a special moment that we’ll always remember. Our president and Secretary Rtr. Vishvi and Rtr. Melisha joined in the posing as well.
But the best part of the photoshoot was feeling like we were all part of one big family. We stood together, wearing our Blog T-shirts, and felt like we could do anything together. It reminded us that when we work as a team, we can achieve great things. In the end, our Blog T-Shirt photo shoot was more than just taking pictures; it was a celebration of friendship, teamwork, and all the amazing things we can do together. And as we look back on the pictures, we’ll always remember the fun we had and the bonds we shared.
The second phase of the project was the FMF Proposal; it is a proposal that was carefully crafted by the current editors, past editors, and our executive committee to help the incoming editors out in handling the projects of the blog in the upcoming RI year. This proposal would be launched and shared among various interested parties to attract sponsorships and donations towards the blog. This would help the incoming editors immensely as they start their journey as the two editors of the prestigious FMF Blog. Overall phase one of Monetization has helped raise funds for unforeseen circumstances faced by the editors this year and we are hopeful that phase two would be a building block for future success for the incoming RI year as well.

Blog T ව්‍යාපෘති මුදල් ඉපැයීමේ පළමු අදියර ක්‍රියාත්මක කරන ලද්දේ FMF හි blog ඉදිරි ව්‍යාපෘති සඳහා ආධාර කිරීමට පමණක් නොව පසුගිය වසරේ blog නැවත දියත් කිරීමේ දී දැරූ වියදම්වලින් සමහරක් අයකර ගැනීමට අරමුදල් රැස් කිරීමට ය.
එබැවින් සංස්කාරකවරුන් විසින් “Blog T” ලෙස ලේබල් කරන ලද අලංකාර ටී ෂර්ට් එකක් නිර්මාණය කරන ලද අතර පසුව එය වත්මන් නිල blog කණ්ඩායමට සහ කනිෂ්ඨ බ්ලොග් කණ්ඩායමට මිලදී ගැනීමට හැකි විය. වත්මන් blog කණ්ඩායමට උපකාර කිරීම සඳහා හිටපු කර්තෘවරුන් ද blog T මිලදී ගත්හ. අපගේ ආසන්නතම හිටපු සභාපති Rtr. Gajaba Senaratne, හිටපු සභාපති සහ හිටපු කර්තෘ Arshad Ismail සහ FMF Blog නිර්මාතෘ Ruzni Faik ද මෙම අදියරෙහි කොටස්කරුවෙකු වීමට තරම් කාරුණික වීම ගැන විශේෂ සඳහනක් කළ යුතුය. T එක සූදානම් වුණාට පසු අපි සැම උද්යෝගයෙන් ඒවා මිලදී ගත්තෙමු. මෙම Blog T-shirts ඇඳීමෙන් අපට ආඩම්බරයක් සහ අප blog කණ්ඩායමට ඒකාබද්ධ බව දනෙන්නට විය. නමුත් මේ මොහොත මතක තබා ගැනීමට අපට විශේෂ දෙයක් කිරීමට අවශ්‍ය විය. එමනිසා අපි photoshoot එකක් කිරීමට තීරණය කළෙමු. අපි සියලු දෙනා, අපගේ හිටපු කර්තෘවරුන්, වත්මන් කණ්ඩායම් සාමාජිකයන් සහ කනිෂ්ඨ සාමාජිකයන් පවා නිදහස් චතුරශ්‍රයට රැස් කළෙමු. Photoshoot එකේදී අපි එක් එක් පුද්ගලයා තනිව සහ කණ්ඩායමක් ලෙස එකට ඡායාරූප ගත්තෙමු. අපි හිනා වුණෙමු, අපි ඡායාරූපවලට පෙනී සිටියෙමු, අපි ගොඩක් විනෝද වුණෙමු. කැමරාවේ සෑම ක්ලික් කිරීමක්ම අපට සැමවිටම මතක තබා ගත හැකි විශේෂ මොහොතක් ලෙස ග්‍රහණය වී ඇත. අපගේ සභාපති සහ ලේකම් Rtr. Vishvi සහ Rtr. Melisha ද එයට එක් වූහ.
නමුත් photoshoot එකේ හොඳම දේ අපි හැමෝම එක ලොකු පවුලක කොටසක් වගේ දැනීමයි. අපි එකට හිටගෙන, අපේ blog ටී-ෂර්ට් ඇඳගෙන, අපිට ඕනම දෙයක් කරන්න පුළුවන් කියලා හිතුණා. අපි කණ්ඩායමක් ලෙස වැඩ කරන විට අපට විශාල දේවල් ලබා ගත හැකි බව එය අපට මතක් කර දුන්නේය. අවසානයේදී, අපගේ Blog T-Shirt photoshoot ඡායාරූප ගැනීම පමණක් නොවේ; එය මිත්‍රත්වය, කණ්ඩායම් ක්‍රියාකාරකම් සහ අපට එකට කළ හැකි පුදුමාකාර දේවල් සැමරීමකි. අපි පින්තූර දෙස ආපසු හැරී බලන විට, අප ගත් විනෝදය සහ අප බෙදාගත් බැඳීම් අපට සැමවිටම මතකයි.

Blog සඳහා අනුග්‍රහය සහ පරිත්‍යාග ආකර්ෂණය කර ගැනීම සඳහා මෙම යෝජනාව දියත් කර විවිධ උනන්දුවක් දක්වන පාර්ශ්ව අතර බෙදා හරිනු ඇත. කීර්තිමත් FMF blogහි කර්තෘවරුන් දෙදෙනා ලෙස ඔවුන්ගේ ගමන ආරම්භ කරන විට මෙය පැමිණෙන කර්තෘවරුන්ට ඉමහත් උපකාරයක් වනු ඇත. Monetization සමස්ථ පළමු අදියර මේ වසරේ කර්තෘවරුන් මුහුණ දුන් අනපේක්ෂිත තත්වයන් සඳහා අරමුදල් රැස් කිරීමට උපකාරී වී ඇති අතර, දෙවන අදියර එළඹෙන RI වර්ෂය සඳහා ද අනාගත සාර්ථකත්වය ගොඩනඟන සාධකයක් වනු ඇතැයි අපි බලාපොරොත්තු වෙමු.
எங்களின் எதிர்கால வலைப்பதிவு திட்டங்களுக்கு ஆதரவாக நிதி திரட்டுவதற்காக வடிவமைக்கப்பட்ட இரண்டு-கட்ட திட்டமான “Monetization” திட்டத்தை வெளியிடுவதில் நாங்கள் மகிழ்ச்சியடைகிறோம். எங்களின் Monetization திட்டத்தின் முதலாவது கட்டம் Blog T வெளியீடு ஆகும். Blog T ஆனது FMF இன் வலைப்பதிவின் வரவிருக்கும் திட்டங்களுக்கு உதவுவதற்காக நிதி திரட்டுவதற்காக மட்டுமல்லாமல், கடந்த ஆண்டு வலைப்பதிவு மறுதொடக்கத்தில் ஏற்பட்ட சில செலவுகளை மீட்டெடுப்பதற்காகவும் Monetization திட்டத்தின் முதலாம் கட்டம் செயல்படுத்தப்பட்டது.
எனவே எமது பதிப்பாசிரியர்கள் ஒர் நேர்த்தியான டி-ஷர்ட்டை வடிவமைத்தனர், அது “Blog T” என்று பெயரிடப்பட்டது. பின்னர் அது தற்போதைய அதிகாரப்பூர்வ வலைப்பதிவு குழு மற்றும் ஜூனியர் வலைப்பதிவு குழு ஆகிய இரண்டிற்கும் வாங்குவதற்குக் வெளியிடப் பட்டது. முந்தைய ஆசிரியர்களும் Blog T இனை வாங்கி, தற்போதைய வலைப்பதிவு குழுவிற்கு உதவ முன்வந்தனர். நமது உடனடி முன்னாள் தலைவர் Rtr. எமது போட்டோஷூட்டின் சிறந்த பகுதியாக அமைந்தது, நாங்கள் அனைவரும் ஒர் குடும்பத்தின் அங்கத்தினர் என்ற பிணைப்பு உணர்வு ஆகும். நம்மால் ஒன்றிணைந்து எதையும் செய்ய முடியும் என்பதை இதன் மூலம் உணர்ந்தோம். நாம் குழுவாகச் செயல்படும்போது, பெரிய சாதனைகளைச் செய்ய முடியும் என்பதையும் இது நினைவூட்டியது. இறுதியில், எங்கள் Blog T-Shirt போட்டோஷூட் என்பது புகைப்படங்கள் எடுப்பதை விட நட்பு, குழுப்பணி மற்றும் நாம் ஒன்றாகச் செய்யக்கூடிய அனைத்து அற்புதமான செயல்களின் கொண்டாட்டமாக அமைந்தது. இந்த புகைப்படங்களைத் திரும்பிப் பார்க்கையில், நாங்கள் அனுபவித்த வேடிக்கை மற்றும் பகிர்ந்து கொண்ட பிணைப்புகள் எப்போதும் நினைவில் இருக்கும்.

FMF வலைப்பதிவின் இரண்டு பதிப்பாசிரியர்களாக தங்கள் பயணத்தைத் தொடங்க, உள்வருபவர்களுக்கு இது பெரிதும் உதவும்.
