Our food adventure started with ISSO Spring Rolls. They were crispy on the outside and filled with yummy prawns and veggies. We dipped them in a sweet chili sauce that made our taste buds dance with joy. And guess what? Along with the spring rolls, we got to sip on Watermelon Lemonade and Iced Milo. These cool drinks were the perfect way to start our meal.For the main course, we tried one of ISSO’s special combos. We went for the Freshwater King Prawn base, cooked in Singapore Chilli style. It was spicy and packed with flavor. Let’s not forget the Kade Paan on the side, it added a local touch that we loved. But the dish that stole the show was the ISSO Biriyani. This signature dish featured fragrant rice cooked with spices, paired with marinated grilled prawns, and served with Raitha, Mint Chutney, Mango Chutney, and crispy Papadam. Every bite was a burst of deliciousness!Finally, it was time for the sweet finale. For dessert, we treated ourselves to Love Cake with Almond Nougat Gelato and Chocolate Biscuit Pudding. It was sweet and creamy, the perfect ending to our meal. Our time at ISSO was more than just eating, it was a whole adventure for our taste buds.
