BATTLE OF LIFE

The project Battle of Life, which was implemented under the International Service Avenue, aimed to improve attendees’ knowledge regarding the post-vaccination behavior and some insights being brought about the new variants of the corona-virus and how to combat it. The project was executed in two separate phases.

இந்த திட்டம் சர்வதேச சேவை அவென்யூவின் கீழ் செயல்படுத்தப்பட்டது, தடுப்பூசிக்கு பிந்தைய நடத்தை பற்றிய பங்கேற்பாளர்களின் அறிவை மேம்படுத்துதல் மற்றும் கொரோனா வைரஸின் புதிய மாறுபாடுகள் மற்றும் அதை எவ்வாறு எதிர்த்துப் போராடுவது என்பது பற்றிய சில நுண்ணறிவுகளைக் கொண்டு வருவதை இது நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டமைந்தது. இத் திட்டம் இரண்டு தனித்தனி கட்டங்களாக செயல்படுத்தப்பட்டது. முதல் கட்டம் Rotaract club of Prados Del Este Venezuela உடன் இணைந்து மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்ட ஒரு PR பிரச்சாரம் ஆகும், அங்கு நான்கு விழிப்புணர்வு மின் துண்டுப்பிரசுரங்கள் (Flyers) மற்றும் வீடியோக்கள் உருவாக்கப்பட்டு சமூக ஊடக தளங்கள் மூலம் பகிரப்பட்டன. இரண்டாவது கட்டம் 2021 டிசம்பர் 28 ஆம் தேதி செயல்படுத்தப்பட்டது, இது எங்கள் விருந்தினர் பேச்சாளர் Dr. Shakeel Jaleel அவர்களுடன் ஒரு வெபினாராகும். இது அதன் அனைத்து இலக்குகளையும் அடைவதன் மூலமும், குறிப்பாக, உள்ளூர் மற்றும் சர்வதேச சமூகத்திற்கு ஒரு சேவையை வழங்குவதன் மூலமும் பூர்த்தி செய்யப்பட்டது.

ජාත්‍යන්තර සේවා මාවත යටතේ ක්‍රියාත්මක කරන ලද Battle of Life ව්‍යාපෘතිය, පශ්චාත් එන්නත් කිරීමේ හැසිරීම් සහ කොරෝනා වයිරසයේ නව ප්‍රභේද සහ එයට එරෙහිව සටන් කරන්නේ කෙසේද යන්න පිළිබඳ යම් අවබෝධයක් ගෙන ඒම පිළිබඳව සහභාගිවන්නන්ගේ දැනුම වැඩිදියුණු කිරීම අරමුණු කර ගෙන ඇත. 1 වන අදියරේදී, ව්‍යාපෘතියේ ඉහත කී සමස්ත අරමුණ හා සමගාමීව වෙනම මාතෘකා හතරක් ආවරණය වන පරිදි දැනුවත් කිරීමේ දැන්වීම් හතරක් සහ වීඩියෝ දර්ශන නිර්මාණය කර සමාජයේ නිල Instagram සහ Facebook පිටු වැනි සමාජ මාධ්‍ය හරහා බෙදා හරින ලදී. මෙම අදියර 2021 ඔක්තෝබර් සහ නොවැම්බර් මාස පුරා සිදු කරන ලද අතර, පළ කිරීම් සහ වීඩියෝ සඳහා දේශීයව සහ ජාත්‍යන්තරව 500කට අධිකලගාවිමක් ඇති අතර, එහි සාර්ථකත්වය සහ එය ලෝක ව්‍යාප්ත ප්‍රජාවට ඇති කළ බලපෑම පිළිබඳ සාක්ෂි සපයයි. දෙවන අදියර 2021 දෙසැම්බර් 28 වන දින වැඩමුළුවක් ලෙස ක්‍රියාත්මක කරන ලද අතර දැනට ශ්‍රී ලංකා ජාතික රෝහලේ සිය සේවාවන් සපයන පළපුරුදු වෘත්තිකයෙකු වන අපගේ ආරාධිත කථික වෛද්‍ය Shakeel Jaleel ගේ ගෞරවනීය පැමිණීම සටහන් කරමිනි . සෑම තත්පරයකම සැසිවාරයට සහභාගිවන්නන් ඉහල ගිය අතර , පළමු අදියරට වඩා මෙය වඩාත් සාර්ථක වූ බව ඔප්පු විය.

The first phase was a PR campaign which was carried out in collaboration with the Rotaract Club of Prados Del Este Venezuela. In the 1^st phase, four awareness E-Flyers and videos covering the four separate topics aligning with the aforementioned overall aim of the project were created and shared through the local social media platforms such as the club’s official Instagram and Facebook pages the partnering clubs’ social media network.

This phase was carried out throughout the months of October and November 2021, with over 500 likes and views being received for the posts and videos both locally and internationally, providing evidence of its success and the impact it made on the worldwide community.

The second phase was executed on the 28^th of December 2021 as a webinar and the honourable presence of our guest speaker Dr. Shakeel Jaleel, an experienced professional currently providing his services at the National Hospital of Sri Lanka. Moreover, he is a lecturer in biology at the Platinum Academy.

The webinar proved to be even more successful than the first phase, where the session participants grew every second, which was a major consolation to the chairs and the directors. With over 20 attendees being Rotaractors from the Rotaract Clubs of Yala, Kathmandu Mid Town, Ratnanagar as well as the Rotaractors from Rotaract Club of Calumpit Philippines, widened the impact of our project.

In Conclusion, the project was completed with a high note by achieving all its goals and, most notably, providing a service to the local and the international community.
