In the realm of Rotaract Clubs, where service, leadership, and community engagement intersect, the publication of an annual report serves as a beacon of transparency and accomplishment. Amidst the diverse reports produced by multiple Rotaract Clubs, a select few stood out for their exceptional quality, insight, and ability to encapsulate a year of impactful initiatives at the 33rd district assembly. Beyond mere statistics, these reports encapsulate the club’s unwavering dedication to service, leadership, and the community, weaving a narrative that not only informs but also inspires.

Gold – Rotaract Club of SLIIT

A few years back the Rotaract Club of SLIIT was able to secure an award in the criteria for the Most Outstanding Annual Report. once again at the 33rd Rotaract District Assembly, The Rotaract Club of SLIIT received the gold award for the Most Outstanding Annual Report for the RI year 2022-2023. It is the belief of the club that while reporting is always a lot of work, whatever you do you must report correctly, if not, all work might be in vain. As mentioned by the club president for the RI year 2022-23, The credit for reporting goes to the secretary’s team of the club, which is led by the Secretary of the club.

Silver – Rotaract Club of University of Colombo Faculty of Management and Finance

RACUOCFMF won the silver award for the Most Outstanding Annual Report at the 33rd Rotaract District Assembly. The annual report consisted of 10 sections, including an area for the FMF Blog as well as an area to recognize the corporate partners involved in the club during the year. RACUOCFMF truly believes that it is “Teamwork That Makes the Dream Work”, and the annual report is a result of teamwork as around 30 Rotaracters at FMF worked countless hours in creating and designing their report, perfecting every area, ensuring that everything they did in the year 2022-23 was captured within the report in their truest form. The Rotaract Club of IIT managed to secure the bronze award for the Most Outstanding Annual Report at the 33 District Assembly. The reason behind their achievement was the support from their fellow executive committee members and the directors not just for the actual annual report but for reporting throughout the year. Furthermore, the directors had done a great job documenting all the projects throughout the year for the monthly project report, which made them have a great annual report. They have even got together with former members of the club. They have spent a few nights trying to put their report together and some new additions were included compared to the previous reports, such as the website.

Rotaract සමාජය තුළ සේවය, නායකත්වය සහ ප්‍රජා සහභාගීත්වය ඇතුලත් වන ලෙස වාර්ෂික වාර්තාවක් ප්‍රකාශයට පත් කිරීම විනිවිදභාවයෙන් යුතුව සිදු කළ යුතුය. විවිධ වූ Rotaract සමාජ විසින් ඉදිරිපත් කරන ලද විවිධ වූ වාර්තා අතරින්, තෝරාගත් කිහිප දෙනෙකු 33 වැනි දිස්ත්‍රික් සමුළුවේදී ඔවුන්ගේ සුවිශේෂී ගුණාත්මක භාවය, තීක්ෂණ බුද්ධිය සහ වසරක ඵලදායීතාව යන සාධක මත ඇගයීමට ලක් කෙරිණ. හුදු සංඛ්‍යා ලේඛනවලින් ඔබ්බට, මෙම වාර්තා මගින් සමාජයේ සේවය, නායකත්වය සහ ප්‍රජාව සඳහා වූ නොසැලෙන කැපවීම පෙන්නුම් කරයි.Gold – Rotaract Club of SLIIT

වසර කිහිපයකට පෙර SLIIT හි Rotaract සමාජය විශිෂ්ටතම වාර්ෂික වාර්තාව ලෙස සම්මානයෙන් පිදුම් ලැබීය. 33 වැනි Rotaract දිස්ත්‍රික් සමුළුවේදී, 2022-2023 Rotaract වර්ෂය සඳහා වූ විශිෂ්ටතම වාර්ෂික වාර්තාව සඳහා වන රන් සම්මානය SLIIT හි Rotaract සමාජය වෙත නැවත වරක් හිමි විය. වාර්තා කිරීම සෑම විටම විශාල කාර්යයක් වන අතර ඔබ කුමක් කළත් ඔබ නිවැරදිව වාර්තා කළ යුතු බව සමාජයේ විශ්වාසයයි. එසේ නොමැති නම්, සියලු වැඩ නිෂ්ඵල විය හැකිය. මෙම් Rotaract සමාජයේ සභාපති විසින් සඳහන් කර ඇති පරිදි, වාර්තා කිරීමේ ගෞරවය සමාජයේ ලේකම් විසින් මෙහෙයවනු ලබන කණ්ඩායමට හිමිවේ.

RACUOCFMF 33 වන Rotaract දිස්ත්‍රික් සමුළුවේ දී වඩාත්ම කැපී පෙනෙන වාර්ෂික වාර්තාව සඳහා රිදී සම්මානය දිනා ගත්තේය. ඔවුන්ගේ වාර්ෂික වාර්තාව FMF Blog පිටුව තුල මෙන්ම වසර තුළ සමාජයට සම්බන්ධ ආයතනික හවුල්කරුවන් හඳුනා ගැනීමේ කොටසද ඇතුලුව කොටස් 10 කින් සමන්විත විය. RACUOCFMF සැබවින්ම විශ්වාස කරන්නේ එය “කණ්ඩායමක් ලෙස කටයුතු කිරීම සිහින කාර්යයන් සැබෑ කරයි” යන්නයි. ඔවුන්ගේ වාර්ෂික වාර්තාව කණ්ඩායම් ක්‍රියාකාරිත්වයේ ප්‍රතිඵලයක් බවත් FMF හි Rotaractersවරුන් 30 ක් පමණ තම වාර්තාව නිර්මාණය කිරීමට සහ සැලසුම් කිරීමට, සෑම ප්‍රදේශයක්ම ආවරණය කරමින්, ඔවුන් කළ සෑම දෙයක්ම සහතික කිරීමටත් කටයුතු කර ඇත.

IIT හි Rotaract සමාජය 33 වැනි දිස්ත්‍රික් සමුළුවේ දී වඩාත්ම කැපී පෙනෙන වාර්ෂික වාර්තාව සඳහා ලෝකඩ සම්මානය ලබා ගැනීමට සමත් විය. ඔවුන්ගේ ජයග්‍රහණය පිටුපස ඇති හේතුව වූයේ ඔවුන්ගේ සෙසු විධායක කමිටු සාමාජිකයින් සහ අධ්‍යක්ෂවරුන්ගෙන් සැබෑ වාර්ෂික වාර්තාව සඳහා පමණක් නොව වසර පුරා වාර්තා කිරීම සඳහා ලැබුණු සහයෝගයයි. තවද, මාසික ව්‍යාපෘති වාර්තාව සඳහා වසර පුරා සියලුම ව්‍යාපෘති ලේඛනගත කිරීම සඳහා අධ්‍යක්ෂවරුන් විශාල කාර්යයක් කර තිබූ අතර එමඟින් ඔවුන්ට විශිෂ්ට වාර්ෂික වාර්තාවක් හිමි විය. ඔවුන් සමාජයේ හිටපු සාමාජිකයන් සමඟ ද එකතු වී කටයුතු කර ඇත. ඔවුන් තම වාර්තාව සඳහා පෙර වාර්තාවලට සාපේක්ෂව නව අංගයන් ලෙස වෙබ් අඩවි වැනි විශේෂාංග එක් කොට ඇත.சேவை, தலைமைத்துவம் மற்றும் சமூக ஈடுபாடு ஆகியவை இணைக்கும் Rotaract Clubகளில், வருடாந்திர அறிக்கையின் வெளியீடு வெளிப்படைத்தன்மை மற்றும் சாதனைக்கான கலங்கரை விளக்கமாக செயல்படுகிறது. பல ரோட்டராக்ட் கிளப்கள் தயாரித்த பல்வேறு அறிக்கைகளுக்கு மத்தியில், தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்ட சிலர், அவர்களின் சிறந்த தரம், நுண்ணறிவு மற்றும் 33வது மாவட்ட சட்டமன்றத்தில் ஒரு வருட தாக்கத்தை ஏற்படுத்தக்கூடிய முயற்சிகளை உள்ளடக்கும் திறனுக்காக தனித்து நின்றார்கள். வெறும் புள்ளிவிவரங்களுக்கு அப்பால், இந்த அறிக்கைகள் கிளப்பின் சேவை, தலைமை மற்றும் சமூகத்திற்கான அசைக்க முடியாத அர்ப்பணிப்பை உள்ளடக்கியது, இது ஒரு கதையை தெரிவிப்பது ,மட்டுமல்லாமல் ஊக்கமளிக்கிறது.

சில வருடங்களுக்கு முன்னர் SLIIT இன் Rotaract Club ஆனது மிகச் சிறந்த வருடாந்த அறிக்கைக்கான அளவுகோல்களில் விருதைப் பெற முடிந்தது. 2022-2023 RI ஆண்டிற்கான 33வது Rotaract மாவட்ட சட்டமன்றத்தில் மீண்டும் ஒருமுறை SLIITயின் Rotaract Club தங்க விருதைப் பெற்றது. அறிக்கையிடுவது எப்போதுமே அதிக வேலையாக இருக்கும் அதே வேளையில், நீங்கள் எதைச் செய்தாலும் சரியாகப் அறிக்கையிட வேண்டும் என்பது கிளப்பின் நம்பிக்கை. இல்லையெனில், அனைத்து வேலைகளும் வீணாகிவிடும். RI ஆண்டு 2022-23 க்கான கிளப் தலைவரால் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டபடி, Clubபின் செயலாளரால் வழிநடத்தப்படும் கிளப்பின் செயலாளர்கள் குழுவிற்கு அறிக்கை செய்ததற்கான பெருமை செல்கிறது.
