Center Stage 2026 – Rtr. IPP Kaveesha Dodanthenna

In another exciting episode of the Center Stage 2026 Edition, we are delighted to feature an inspiring personality, Rtr. IPP Kaveesha Dodanthenna, who brought a fresh perspective and meaningful insights to the conversation. This episode unfolds through an engaging discussion, highlighting experiences and lessons that truly resonate with every Rotaractor.

Step into a conversation filled with meaningful insights, real experiences, and inspiration. Here’s a look at some of the questions we asked and what she shared.

  1. What fear did you overcome during your Rotaract journey?

At the beginning, I didn’t really engage much with my peers or colleagues. But as I started working with club members and getting involved in projects, I was able to overcome that fear, especially when it comes to public speaking and handling a crowd.

  1. Was there a moment that Rotaract made you emotional?

I would say there were many moments in Rotaract that made me emotional. But the most memorable one was the day we were awarded as the Outstanding Club, and when the President and Secretary were also recognized. That was a very emotional and special moment for me.

  1. How do you balance your Rotaract responsibilities with personal and professional life?

I’m actually an outstation member since I live outside Colombo, so balancing Rotaract with my professional life can be a bit hectic at times. Managing my job along with Rotaract responsibilities isn’t always easy, and there are moments where I feel stressed and exhausted. But at the end of the day, these are things I genuinely enjoy doing, so I find ways to manage my time and make it work.

With that, we wrap up Episode 06 of the Center Stage 2026 Edition. A big thank you for tuning in, and don’t forget to stay with us for more inspiring conversations ahead.
