My journey in Rotaract has been both meaningful and transformative. I began as a member, and over time, I grew more involved and confident in taking on greater responsibilities within. Chairing my first project was a significant milestone, as it challenged me to step out of my comfort zone and helped me develop important leadership, planning, and teamwork skills.
Serving as the Co-Director of International Service for the RI year 2024–2025 further broadened my perspective, giving me the opportunity to work closely with foreign clubs. Engaging in cross cultural communication, coordinating projects which happened across borders, and building connections with members from different parts of the world was a truly enriching experience. The sense of satisfaction that came from successfully completing these initiatives especially seeing the shared smiles and impact created was incredibly rewarding and reinforced the true spirit of service.
Serving as the Vice President for the RI year 2025–2026, helped me to continuously build on these experiences, taking on greater responsibilities. Each role has brought new learnings, challenges, and opportunities that have shaped my personal and professional development. Through this journey, I have not only gained valuable skills but also built meaningful connections and a deeper understanding of leadership and service.
I am sincerely grateful for all the opportunities Rotaract has provided me. It has played a vital role in shaping who I am today, and I take immense pride in being part of an organization that continues to inspire growth, leadership, and a commitment to making a difference. Thank you, Rotaract, for being such a powerful platform that has guided, challenged, and empowered me every step of the way.
