A beaming ray of sunlight
A passing minute
An oppressed truth
So tired of being trampled
So tired of hiding in a pocket of an office suit,
Weils from the top of her lungs,
Boom!
“What did she say? There was a boom”
Ashy clouds! It’s hard to breathe,
“What did she say?” Someone demands,
Boom!
“Scattered corpses look over there”
“What did she sa-“
Bam! – straight to the heart.
“Anymore questions? Anyone?”
silence…Silence…SILENCE.
“Look there’s ashy clouds and corpses everywhere”
“What a wonderful sight to see!” Someone laughs
Bam!
“What did she-“
“Shush! Hold your tongue child !” Wispers…whispers…
“She said, do not question
Or they’ll put a bullet through your head.”
