I dive in the ocean of poetry
With the words in my hands,
Choosing to drown
While refusing to drain.
They say, “What a tragedy,”
And I say, “What a mystery”.
To bleed within
While drowning fathoms apart,
I sometimes wonder,
Why they call it poetry,
While I fight with my words,
Calling it a war against my heart.
