Project PenLink is a Twin club Agreement, a new initiative by the Rotaract Club of University of Colombo Faculty of Management and Finance and the Rotaract Club of Patan South to commemorate International Literacy Day. Together, the initiative strengthened global solidarity and made a meaningful impact on society by nurturing literacy, confidence, while emphasising the necessity of Literacy and Education.
