A Mother is someone who makes us realize God’s presence in our lives, and she is the only one who has more trust in us than we do in ourselves. Mother is the first friend and best friend anyone could have, and she becomes the child’s role model as she is the first person the child meets in this world. A mother’s love is the most genuine and priceless thing a human being can expect from another human being. And also, being the heartbeat of the family, she keeps everyone alive and ties the bond between every family member. No matter how old we are, mothers will always be concerned about the well-being of their children.
Mother’s day is celebrated to honor all mothers, their motherhood and to highlight the mother’s role in our everyday life on various days across the world. The modern mother’s day celebration is an initiative by Anna Jarvis in the early 20th century. Most commonly, mother’s day is celebrated on the second Sunday of the month of May.
Besides that, it’s worth mentioning that a single day would not at all be sufficient to celebrate the person who has put their child ahead of herself every day of her life. We should be grateful for her every day, as she takes care of her children from their birth until her very last breath.
