On a bright March day, the co-directors of Finance Avenue approached a passionate individual, extending an invitation to chair the ambitious “T for me 2.0” project. Accepting the challenge, the chairperson assembled a team of seven like-minded individuals who were eager to make a difference. Little did they know that this project would become a catalyst for unity and financial stability within their club.
With unwavering determination, the committee embarked on an intensive planning phase. Leveraging digital platforms, they meticulously divided tasks among themselves. T-shirt design, pre-order management, sourcing reliable printing and courier services, creating a PR calendar, and fund management were just a few of the responsibilities assigned. This thorough planning laid the groundwork for the project’s success.
Creating buzz and generating pre-orders were critical to the project’s viability. The committee unleashed a well-orchestrated PR campaign, tantalizing the university community with teasers and sneak peeks of the upcoming oversized t-shirts. Engaging posts, captivating videos, and personalized messages with pre-order details were strategically shared across official WhatsApp groups and social media platforms.
