External partnerships play a pivotal role in easing club activities by providing valuable resources, expertise, and a broader network. These collaborations enhance the efficiency and impact of club initiatives in several ways. In essence, external partnerships are instrumental in making club activities more manageable and impactful. By leveraging external resources, knowledge, and networks, clubs can streamline their operations, enhance project outcomes, and create a more dynamic and sustainable impact in their communities. Recognizing the exceptional efforts in this domain, we present the award winners for the “Most Outstanding External Partnership-based Initiative.”

Gold – Project “Gamata Hetak” by the Rotaract Club of Uva Wellassa University-Badulla

The Gold Award was won by the project “Gamata Hetak”, which was initiated by the students of Uva Wellassa University of Sri Lanka. The project aimed to achieve the sustainable development goals of “Good health and well-being”. The Rotaract Club of Uva Wellassa University-Badulla looked into rural areas to organise clinics and seminars, with the help of Kind Heart Foundation along with Negombo Medical Parish, regards to health and well-being of villagers in the area. The medical clinics held in Bakamuna area included an eye clinic, blood donation camp, dental clinic, and kidney checkups.

The Most Outstanding External Partnership based Initiative bronze award which was received by the project “Stride” by the Rotaract Club of SLIIT was one of the significant projects initiated by the Professional Development Avenue of RAC SLIIT in the RI year 2022-23. It aims to develop the professional skips of any individual, whether it’s a beginner level or intermediate level. Consisting of 3 phases “personal”, “corporate” and “speaker stride”. This project emphasized how to face an interview to survive in the corporate world. Project What Next; Career Expo 2023 organized by the Rotaract club of University of Colombo Management and Finance faculty was also able to secure the bronze award in this category. The most anticipated career fair of the year, What Next? Career Expo- 2023 was an opportunity that was exclusively open for the undergraduates of the Faculty of Management and Finance Universities of Colombo to unlock their future and step into a world of opportunities. It was a unique chance where the undergraduates got the opportunity to explore leading enterprises and grab the best that suits them. RACUOCFMF provided the bridge between more than 20 companies and 400+ fourth-year undergraduates of the faculty. Numerous business titans joined together to offer career chances to Management students including ‘MAS Holdings’ the silver sponsor, ‘Rizing’ the bronze sponsor, and other partners ‘Unilever’, John Keels, HNB Assurance, Nations Trust Bank, Brandix, Union Bank, Hemas, Sampath bank, Seylan bank, NDB capital, Nestle, Laughs, Hayleys, Standard Chartered, Capital Alliance and LSEG.බාහිර හවුල්කාරිත්වයන් වටිනා ක්‍රියාකාරකම් පහසු කිරීමේ ප්‍රධාන කාර්යභාරයක් ඉටු කරයි. මෙම සහයෝගිතා ක්‍රම කිහිපයකින් සමාජ මුල පිරීම්වල කාර්යක්ෂමතාව සහ බලපෑම වැඩි දියුණු කරයි. සාරාංශයක් ලෙස, බාහිර හවුල්කාරිත්වය සමාජ ක්‍රියාකාරකම් වඩාත් කළමනාකරණය කළ හැකි සහ බලපෑම් සහගත කිරීමට උපකාරී වේ. බාහිර සම්පත්, දැනුම සහ ජාල භාවිතා කිරීමෙන්, සමාජයන්ට ඔවුන්ගේ මෙහෙයුම් විධිමත් කිරීමට, ව්‍යාපෘති ප්‍රතිඵල වැඩිදියුණු කිරීමට සහ ඔවුන්ගේ ප්‍රජාවන් තුළ වඩාත් ගතික සහ තිරසාර බලපෑමක් ඇති කිරීමට බලපා හැකිය. මෙම වසම තුළ ඇති සුවිශේෂී උත්සාහයන් හඳුනා ගනිමින්, අපි “Most Outstanding External Partnership-based Initiative.” සඳහා සම්මානලාභීන් ඉදිරිපත් කරමු.

ඌව වෙල්ලස්ස විශ්වවිද්‍යාලයේ සිසුන් විසින් ආරම්භ කරන ලද “Gamata Hetak” ව්‍යාපෘතිය මගින් රන් සම්මානය හිමිකර ගත්තේය. “Good health and well- being” යන තිරසාර සංවර්ධන ඉලක්ක සපුරා ගැනීම මෙම ව්‍යාපෘතියේ අරමුණයි. ඌව වෙල්ලස්ස විශ්වවිද්‍යාලයේ Rotaract සමාජය විසින් ප්‍රදේශයේ ගැමියන්ගේ සෞඛ්‍ය සහ යහපැවැත්ම සම්බන්ධයෙන් මීගමුවේ වෛද්‍ය සභාව සමඟින් Kind Heart පදනමේ සහාය ඇතිව සායන සහ සම්මන්ත්‍රණ සංවිධානය කිරීම සඳහා ග්‍රාමීය ප්‍රදේශ සොයා බලන ලදී. බකමූණ ප්‍රදේශයේ පැවැති වෛද්‍ය සායනවලට අක්ෂි සායනයක්, ලේ දන්දීමේ කඳවුරක්, දන්ත සායනයක්, වකුගඩු පරීක්‍ෂණ ඇතුළත් විය.

විශිෂ්ටතම බාහිර හවුල්කාරිත්වය පදනම් කරගත් SLIIT හි Rotaract සමාජයේ “Stride” ව්‍යාපෘතිය මගින් ආරම්භක ලෝකඩ සම්මානය 2022-23 RI වර්ෂයේදී RAC SLIIT හි Professional Development Avenue විසින් ආරම්භ කරන ලද මෙම සුවිශේෂී ව්‍යාපෘතිය හිමිකර ගනියි. එය ආරම්භක මට්ටමක හෝ අතරමැදි මට්ටමක හෝ, ඕනෑම පුද්ගලයෙකුගේ වෘත්තීය කුසලතා වර්ධනය කිරීම අරමුණු කරයි. “Personal”, “Corporate” සහ “Speaker stride” යන අදියර තුනකින් සමන්විත වේ. ආයතනික ලෝකයේ පැවැත්ම සඳහා සම්මුඛ පරීක්ෂණයකට මුහුණ දෙන ආකාරය මෙම ව්‍යාපෘතිය මගින් අවධාරණය කරන ලදී. මෙම ව්‍යාපෘතිය අවසානයේ වෘත්තීය සතියකින් ද සමන්විත විය.කොළඹ විශ්වවිද්‍යාලයේ කළමනාකරණ සහ මූල්‍ය පීඨයේ Rotaract සමාජය විසින් සංවිධානය කරන ලද Project What Next; Career Expo 2023 මෙම අංශයේ ලෝකඩ සම්මානය හිමිකර ගැනීමට සමත් විය. වසරේ වඩාත්ම අපේක්ෂිත වෘත්තීය ප්‍රදර්ශනය, What next? Career Expo- 2023 යනු කොළඹ විශ්වවිද්‍යාලයේ කළමනාකරණ සහ මූල්‍ය පීඨයේ උපාධි අපේක්ෂකයින්ට ඔවුන්ගේ අනාගතය විවෘත කර ගැනීමටත්, අවස්ථා සහිත ලෝකයකට පිවිසීමටත් තනිකරම විවෘත වූ අවස්ථාවක් විය. එය ප්‍රමුඛ පෙළේ ව්‍යවසායන් ගවේෂණය කිරීමට සහ ඔවුන්ට ගැලපෙන හොඳම දේ ලබා ගැනීමට උපාධි අපේක්ෂකයින්ට අවස්ථාව ලැබුණු සුවිශේෂී අවස්ථාවක් විය. RACUOCFMF විසින් සමාගම් 20කට වැඩි ප්‍රමාණයක් සහ කළමනාකරණ පීඨයේ සිව්වන වසරේ උපාධි අපේක්ෂකයින් 400+ අධික පිරිසක් අතර පාලම සකසන ලදී. විවිධ ප්‍රමුඛ පෙළේ ව්‍යාපාර රැසක් කළමනාකරණ සිසුන්ට මේ සඳහා වෘත්තීය අවස්ථා පිරිනැමීමට සම්බන්ධ වූ අතර රිදී අනුග්‍රාහකයා වන ‘MAS Holdings ‘, ලෝකඩ අනුග්‍රාහකයා වන ‘Rizing’ සහ අනෙකුත් හවුල්කරුවන් වන Unilever, John Keels, HNB Assurance, Nations Trust Bank, Brandix, Union Bank, Hemas, Sampath Bank, Seylan Bank, NDB Capital, Nestle, Laughs, Hayleys, Standard Chartered, Capital Alliances සහ LSEG ඇතුළු රැසක් මේ හා එක්ව සිටියහ.

ஊவா வெல்லஸ்ஸ பல்கலைக்கழக மாணவர்களால் ஆரம்பிக்கப்பட்ட “Gamata Hetak”, திட்டமானது தங்க விருதை வென்றுள்ளது. இத் திட்டம் “நல்ல ஆரோக்கியம் மற்றும் நல்வாழ்வு” என்ற நிலையான வளர்ச்சி இலக்கை அடைவதை நோக்காகக் கொண்டது. ஊவா வெல்லஸ்ஸ பல்கலைக்கழகத்தின் Rotaract கழகம் கிராமப்புறங்களில் முகாம்கள் மற்றும் கருத்தரங்குகளை ஏற்பாடு செய்து, Kind Heart Foundation மற்றும் Negombo Medical Parish உதவியுடன், அப்பகுதியில் உள்ள கிராமவாசிகளின் ஆரோக்கியம் மற்றும் நல்வாழ்வு குறித்து கவனம் செலுத்தியது. 2022-23 RI ஆண்டில் RAC SLIIT இன் Professional Development Avenue வால் ஆரம்பிக்கப்பட்ட முக்கியமான திட்டங்களில் ஒன்றான “Stride” திட்டம் மிகச் சிறந்த External Partnership முன்முயற்சி அடிப்படையில் வெண்கல விருதை பெற்றுக் கொண்டது. இது தொடக்க நிலை அல்லது இடைநிலையாக இருந்தாலும், தனிநபரின் தொழில்முறை ஸ்கிப்களை மேம்படுத்துவதை நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டது. “personal”, “corporate” மற்றும் “speaker stride” ஆகிய 3 கட்டங்களைக் கொண்டது. கார்ப்பரேட் உலகில் வாழ்வதற்கு நேர்காணல்களை எவ்வாறு எதிர்கொள்வது என்பதையும் இந்தத் திட்டம் வலியுறுத்தியது. இந்தத் திட்டம் இறுதியில் தொழில் வாரத்தையும் கொண்டிருந்தது.

கொழும்பு பல்கலைக்கழக முகாமைத்துவ மற்றும் நிதி பீடத்தின் Rotaract கழகம் ஏற்பாடு செய்த What Next? Career Expo 2023 ஆனது இந்த பிரிவில் வெண்கல விருதைப் பெற்றுக் கொண்டது. இந்த ஆண்டின் மிகவும் எதிர்பார்க்கப்பட்ட தொழில் சந்தையான, What Next? Career Expo- 2023 என்பது கொழும்பு பல்கலைக்கழக முகாமைத்துவ மற்றும் நிதிப் பீட இளங்கலைப் பட்டதாரிகளுக்கு தங்களது எதிர்காலத்தைத் திறக்கவும் வாய்ப்புகளின் உலகில் அடியெடுத்து வைப்பதற்கும் பிரத்தியேகமாக திறக்கப்பட்ட ஒரு வாய்ப்பாகும். இந்த தனித்துவமான வாய்ப்பானது இளங்கலை பட்டதாரிகளுக்கு முன்னணி நிறுவனங்களை ஆராய்ந்து அவர்களுக்கு ஏற்ற சிறந்ததைப் பெறுவதற்கான வாய்ப்பாக அமைந்தது.
