Joining Rotaract became a turning point in my university journey. It gave me the opportunity to meet inspiring people and expand my network while building friendships that I truly value. Working on different projects alongside my friends created unforgettable memories and experiences that made my university life truly special.
Over time, I developed the ability to multitask, managing more than four projects simultaneously while refining my time management and leadership skills within a team. Working with diverse individuals played a key role in my personal and professional growth. This journey of creativity and commitment was recognized when I was honored with the “Most Creative Flyer of the Year” award for project Hade veena 3.0 at Elevate ’25.
Among all the projects I participated in, Mathaka 2.0 had the greatest impact on me. It gave me valuable hands-on experience in documentation, coordination and leadership. Later, in my role as an editor, I continued to develop my skills and confidence through projects like Wordville 6.0 and Center Stage.
Overall, Rotaract has greatly influenced the person I am today. It has strengthened my leadership, adaptability and teamwork skills while providing me with meaningful experiences and a community that truly feels like family.
