Center Stage, the signature interview series of FMF Blog of the Rotaract Club of University of Colombo Faculty of Management and Finance, was successfully carried out for the 11th consecutive year with the aim of bringing inspiring Rotaract stories and personalities into the spotlight. Conducted in collaboration with district-level Rotaractors of RID 3220, the project created a platform where experiences, leadership journeys, memories, and personal insights were shared through authentic and engaging conversations.
The recording sessions took place on the 15th of February 2026 at Hacker House (PVT) Ltd., Battaramulla, in a professional studio environment. From the very beginning, the atmosphere was filled with excitement, creativity and anticipation as the organizing committee worked together to bring the long-standing project to life once again.
This year’s edition of Center Stage featured several district-level Rotaractors who openly shared their Rotaract journeys, personal experiences, challenges, achievements and memorable moments beyond the titles they hold. Through meaningful conversations and entertaining interactions, the project gave viewers the opportunity to see the personalities behind leadership positions and connect with them on a more genuine and relatable level.
Adding more excitement and entertainment to the project, interactive game segments were introduced alongside the interview sessions. Fun activities such as imposter challenges and music-based games created light-hearted moments, laughter and engaging interactions among the featured guests. These segments brought a perfect balance between inspiration and entertainment, making the content even more enjoyable for viewers.
Following the recording sessions, the project moved into the editing and post-production phase in preparation for release. Episodes, trailers, and game segments were gradually published through the official RACUOCFMF YouTube channel and social media platforms. In addition, related articles featuring the guests were published through the RACUOCFMF blog, allowing audiences to continuously engage with the project throughout its duration.
Alongside the main project, a fundraising initiative was also carried out through the sale of tote bags to support studio and project-related expenses. The initiative received immense support from Rotaractors, friends, and well-wishers who contributed towards making the project a success.
The success of Project Center Stage was made possible through the dedication and teamwork of the co-chairs, editors, committee members featured guests and everyone who supported the initiative behind the scenes. From coordinating recordings and handling technical setups to managing promotions, editing and content releases, every contribution played a vital role in bringing the project to completion.
Most importantly, Project Center Stage continued to strengthen digital engagement within the Rotaract community while enhancing the Public Image of the Rotaract Club of University of Colombo Faculty of Management and Finance. By creating inspiring, entertaining, and relatable digital content, the project successfully celebrated storytelling, creativity, leadership and connection within the Rotaract movement.
Center Stage 2026 concluded successfully on the 19th of May 2026 with the release of the final game segment, marking the end of another memorable chapter in the project’s long-standing journey. More than just an interview series, Center Stage once again became a platform where voices, stories and personalities truly came to life.

RID 3220 දිස්ත්රික් මට්ටමේ රොටරැක්ටර්වරුන්ගේ සහයෝගයෙන් පැවැත්වූ මෙම ව්යාපෘතිය තුළ, අත්දැකීම්, නායකත්ව ගමන්මඟ, මතකයන් සහ පුද්ගලික අදහස් හා ආකර්ෂණීය සංවාද හරහා බෙදාගැනීමට අවස්ථාවක් නිර්මාණය විය.
සම්මුඛ සාකච්ඡා පටිගත කිරීමේ වැඩසටහන 2026 පෙබරවාරි 15 වන දින බත්තරමුල්ලේ පිහිටි Hacker House (PVT) Ltd ආයතනයේ වෘත්තීය මට්ටමේ ස්ටූඩියෝ පරිසරයක් තුළ පැවැත්විණි. ආරම්භයේ සිටම උද්යෝගය, නිර්මාණශීලීත්වය සහ අපේක්ෂාවෙන් පිරුණු වාතාවරණයක් පැවති අතර, කමිටු සාමාජිකයින් එක්ව මෙම දිගුකාලීන ව්යාපෘතිය නැවත ජීවමාන කිරීමට කැපවීමෙන් කටයුතු කළහ.
මෙවර Center Stage වැඩසටහන සඳහා දිස්ත්රික් මට්ටමේ රොටරැක්ටර්වරුන් කිහිපදෙනෙකු එක්වූ අතර, ඔවුන් තම රොටරැක්ට් ගමන, පුද්ගලික අත්දැකීම්, අභියෝග, ජයග්රහණ සහ තනතුරු වලින් ඔබ්බට ගිය මතකයන් විවෘතව බෙදාහදා ගත්හ. අර්ථවත් සංවාද සහ රසවත් අන්තර්ක්රියා හරහා, නායකත්ව තනතුරු පිටුපස සිටින සැබෑ පුද්ගලයන් හඳුනාගැනීමටත් ඔවුන් සමඟ සමීප සම්බන්ධතාවයක් ගොඩනඟා ගැනීමටත් මෙම ව්යාපෘතිය ප්රේක්ෂකයන්ට අවස්ථාව ලබා දුන්නේය.
ව්යාපෘතියට තවත් උද්යෝගයක් සහ විනෝදාස්වාදයක් එක් කරමින්, සම්මුඛ සාකච්ඡා අතරතුර අන්තර්ක්රියාකාරී ක්රීඩාද හඳුන්වා දෙන ලදී. Imposter Challenge සහ සංගීතය ආශ්රිත ක්රීඩා වැනි විනෝදාත්මක ක්රියාකාරකම් හරහා සිනහවෙන් හා සතුටෙන් පිරුණු අවස්ථා රැසක් නිර්මාණය වූ අතර, ආරාධිතයන් අතර ආකර්ෂණීය ක්රියාකාරකම් ඇති විය. මෙම අංග මඟින් ආදර්ශවත්භාවය සහ විනෝදාස්වාදය අතර සමතුලිතතාවයක් ඇති කරමින්, ප්රේක්ෂකයන්ට තවත් රසවත් අත්දැකීමක් ලබා දීමට හැකි විය.

ප්රධාන ව්යාපෘතියට සමගාමීව, ස්ටූඩියෝ සහ ව්යාපෘතියට අදාළ වියදම් සඳහා සහාය ලබාගැනීමේ අරමුණින් Tote Bags අලෙවිය මඟින් අරමුදල් රැස් කිරීමේ වැඩසටහනක්ද ක්රියාත්මක කරන ලදී. මෙම වැඩසටහන සඳහා රොටරැක්ටර්වරුන්, මිතුරන් සහ හිතවතුන්ගෙන් විශාල සහයෝගයක් හිමි වූ අතර, ඔවුන්ගේ දායකත්වය ව්යාපෘතියේ සාර්ථකත්වයට විශාල ශක්තියක් විය.
