What has been the most rewarding leadership challenge you’ve navigated this month, and how did your team tackle it together?

The most rewarding leadership challenge I navigated this month was organizing the Installation Ceremony of our club. Although coordinating different responsibilities and ensuring everything was ready on time was challenging, our team worked together by communicating effectively, supporting one another and sharing responsibilities. Seeing the ceremony come together successfully made all our efforts worthwhile and reminded me of the importance of teamwork, commitment and collective leadership.

Looking back at this month’s goals, which project or initiative brought out the best in your board’s collaboration?

Looking back, the 17th installation stood out as the initiative that brought out the best in our board’s collaboration. Members coordinated closely across logistics, outreach, and program planning, with clear ownership of tasks and strong early communication that helped anticipate and resolve gaps. The result was a smooth execution and a noticeably stronger sense of shared purpose and trust among the board.
