1. What qualities do you believe are most important for a Rotaractor?
“Adaptability is crucial. As a Rotaractor, you encounter diverse situations and work with people from various backgrounds. Being able to adjust quickly is essential. Time management is also vital; balancing academics, personal life, and Rotaract responsibilities isn’t easy, but it’s what makes Rotaract special. It cultivates capable individuals.”
2. What has been your biggest challenge as a Rotaractor, and how did you overcome it?
“Assuming the presidency during my third year of college was a significant challenge. We were advised to step down from club positions to focus on our studies. Balancing academic commitments with extracurricular responsibilities was tough, but with determination and support, we managed to navigate through it successfully.”
