What is the area that you believe young Rotaractors should focus on, which is not being focused yet?
This is something not only Rotaractors, but we as a country need to understand and do, which is investing time on emotional intelligence and situational intelligence. We tend to panic a lot and we tend to let our feelings get ahead of us when it comes to situational and emotional instances. So I think we might have to practice further when it comes to emotional and situational intelligence.
