Project Know Your Co was yet another fun-filled project enjoyed by all FMFers which was carried out by the Public Relations Avenue, for the first time in RACUOCFMF history. The project was an interview series that was published through Youtube, with the intention of letting the co-directors of RACUOCFMF vibe a bit more and to know the unknowns of their own cos.
Project Know Your Co යනු RACUOCFMF ඉතිහාසයේ ප්රථම වතාවට Public Relations Avenue මගින් සිදු කරන ලද සියලුම FMFවරුන් වඩාත් උනන්දුවෙන් මඟ බලාගෙන සිටි තවත් විනෝදයෙන් පිරුණු ව්යාපෘතියකි. මෙම ව්යාපෘතිය යූ ටියුබ් හරහා ප්රකාශයට පත් කරන ලද RACUOCFMF හි සම අධ්යක්ෂකවරුන් අතර වූ සම්මුඛ සාකච්ඡා මාලාවක් ලෙස පතවුණු අතර, තම මිතුරා පිලිබඳ නොදත් බොහෝ දේ දන ගැනීමටත්, ඔවුන් අතර බැඳීම වැඩි කෙරීමටත් මෙම ව්යාපෘතිය උපකරී වූ බව නම් නිසැකය.
ப்ராஜெக்ட் நோ யுவர் கோ என்பது RACUOCFMF வரலாற்றில் முதன்முறையாக மக்கள் தொடர்பு அவென்யூவால் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்ட அனைத்து FMF களிலும் மகிழ்ச்சி நிறைந்த மற்றொரு திட்டமாகும். இந்தத் திட்டம், RACUOCFMF இன் இணை இயக்குநர்களை இன்னும் கொஞ்சம் அதிர வைக்கும் நோக்கத்துடன், அவர்களின் சொந்தச் செலவுகளின் தெரியாத விஷயங்களைத் தெரிந்துகொள்ளும் நோக்கத்துடன், Youtube மூலம் வெளியிடப்பட்ட ஒரு நேர்காணல் தொடராகும்.
The video shoots were the most fun-filled part of the project. It was raining early morning and with the lighting issues, we had sudden changes in the plan. The committee had to change the location of the shoot to the upstairs of the pavilion. With the two benches Rtr. Gayathri brought everything was set for the shoot other than the most important person being present. We had to wait a few minutes until the shooting expert Rtr. Kavindu (aka KL) arrives.
The first shoot was done by our very own editors, Rtr. Hasara and Rtr. Zahra. It was funny how the co-directors were changing their scripts adding more and more interesting questions for their co after the first trial shoot was done. Next up was Rtr. Chanuka and Rtr. Thinali. This episode was made more interesting which revealed the true cooking skills of Rtr. Chanuka. Rtr. Thinali got a beautiful flower bouquet from Rtr. Chanuka which was really for Rtr. Samindi as it was her birthday. Rtr. Chanuka also sang a beautiful song to cap off their episode.
And with the sudden pop-in of Rtr. Samindi, the shooting was paused for a beautiful happy birthday song for our dearest Secretary.
Next up was Rtr. Janul and Rtr. Vishvi. Rtr. Janul acted the significant laughter of our boss, Rtr. Gajii. And then Rtr. Theeksha and Rtr. Melisha was on stage and Rtr. Theeksha’s Sri Lankan uncle’s version of dance moves were the best of the day. Since we had to accommodate the busy schedules of the directors, we could not shoot videos of all the co-directors in one day.
Ngl, shooting days were so funny and memorable because we of the most technical issues while shooting, which was a good learning point as well. We had to charge the camera battery several times and had to capture some episodes more than two times. Some videos were really nice but the audio was not saved. And some audios were very clear but the video was a little blurry. With all the lessons and fun, finally the project “Know Your Co” was successfully concluded with the 11 videos that were published on Youtube. And thanks to our PR directors, the project was filled up with tiktoks!
