The FMF Blog initiated its proceedings for the year with the project Miles Ahead. The first phase of the project, which was conducted on the 13th of August 2023 was a workshop that was done to make the Blog Team aware of their job roles and tasks. Moreover, it provided an opportunity for the Editors and the Blog Team to bond along and know each other better. The session was conducted by the former editors of the club Rtr. Zahra and Rtr. Hasara, the outgoing International Service Director Rtr. Piravena and Former Blog Team member Rtr. Hikma, alongside the co-editors of the blog Rtr. Amaan and Rtr. Mandini the Blog Team took part in the session.
The day kickstarted with a small celebration to laud the former Editors and welcome the new members to the Blog Team. The day’s proceedings started with a brief address by Rtr Mandini. Later Rtr. Zahra and Rtr. Hasara took charge. They started by sharing the legacy of the blog and its accomplishments over the years. They also shared their own experiences and about the ups and downs, they went through in maintaining the blog and keeping up with its legacy.
They also advised on how to delegate the responsibilities among the team members and handle the workload pressure. Moreover, they were kind enough to share some tips to maintain the consistency of the blog so that the team had an idea of how to act in case of an emergency. Before winding up the session they also shared their ideas on improving the overall standards of the blog. This session helped the team to get an idea about the big picture of the blog and the efforts behind it.
With a small break to catch some breaths. The team embarked on a task that is very much important. That is filming a Tiktok and also taking pictures. The team also gave a small surprise to the outgoing editors by celebrating this occasion with a small cake. The second session for the day was hosted by Rtr. Zahra where was all about making the blog team familiar with the blog and introducing its layout. She shared details about all the tabs and the purpose behind having them. She explained the functions of each tab and the key areas covered by them. This was an interactive session where the blog team also provided their opinions on how to improve the overall quality of the blog and do the necessary improvements.
Rtr. Zahra also shared some editing tips and provided a basic understanding of the same. She instilled confidence among the team members and motivated them to perform better. At the end of the day, the team got their doubts cleared and had a clear idea about the blog. Before winding up the session Rtr. Amaan and Rtr. Mandini thanked the former co-editors who took time out of their busy schedules to guide the new team and also everybody who took part in the workshop to make it a success. 
FMF Blog කණ්ඩායම නව වසරේ වැඩ කටයුතු ආරම්භ කරන ලද්දේ Miles Ahead ව්‍යාපෘතියෙනි. එය අධ්‍යක්ෂකවරුන් සහ බ්ලොග් කණ්ඩායමටත් සිය බැඳියාව වැඩිදියුණු කරගැනීමට සහ එකිනෙකා දැන ගැනීමට මහඟු අවස්ථාවක් විය. මෙම වැඩසටහන මෙහෙයවන ලද්දේ හිටපු අධ්‍යක්ෂවරුන් වන Rtr. Zahra, Rtr. Hasara , හිටපු International Service Director Rtr. Piraveena, සහ හිටපු බ්ලොක් කණ්ඩායම් සාමාජිකා Rtr. Hikma විසිනි. එසේ ම වර්තමාන බ්ලොග් කණ්ඩායම් අධ්‍යක්ෂක Rtr. Amaan සහ Rtr. Mandini ද මෙම අවස්ථාවට සහභාගි විය.
දිනය ආරම්භ වූයේ හිටපු අධ්‍යක්ෂකවරුන්ට ප්‍රමාණයක් ප්‍රශංසා කිරීම සහ බ්ලොග් කණ්ඩායමට නව සාමාජිකයන් පිළිගැනීමටත් කුඩා සැමරුමක් සිදු කරමිනි. Rtr. Mandini ගේ කෙටි දේශනයෙන් දවසේ කටයුතු ආරම්භ විය. පසුව Rtr. Zahra සහ Rtr. Hasara බ්ලොග් අඩවියේ උරුමය සහ වසර ගණනාවක් තුළ වූ එහි ජයග්‍රහණ විස්තර කළෝය. ඔවුන් සිය අත්දැකීම්, සාර්ථක වීම්, අසාර්ථක වීම් බෙදා ගත් අතර බ්ලොග් අඩවිය පවත්වා ගෙන යාම, නඩත්තු කිරීම පිලිබඳ විස්තර කළහ.
කණ්ඩායම් සාමාජිකයින් අතර වගකීම් පැවරීම සහ වැඩ බර පීඩනය හසුරුවන්නේ කෙසේද යන්න පිළිබඳවද ඔවුන් උපදෙස් ලබා දුන්නේය. එපමණක් නොව, හදිසි අවස්ථාවකදී ක්‍රියා කළ යුතු ආකාරය පිළිබඳව කණ්ඩායමට අදහසක් ඇති වන පරිදි බ්ලොග් අඩවියේ අඛණ්ඩතාව පවත්වා ගැනීමට උපදෙස් කිහිපයක් බෙදා ගැනීමට තරම් ඔවුන් කාරුණික විය. සැසිය අවසන් කිරීමට පෙර ඔවුන් බ්ලොගයේ සමස්ත ප්‍රමිතීන් වැඩිදියුණු කිරීම පිළිබඳ ඔවුන්ගේ අදහස් ද බෙදා ගත්හ. මෙම සැසිය කණ්ඩායමට බ්ලොගයේ විශාල පින්තූරය සහ එය පිටුපස ඇති උත්සාහයන් පිළිබඳව අදහසක් ලබා ගැනීමට උපකාරී විය.
කුඩා විවේකයකින් පසුව කණ්ඩායමේ සාමාජිකයන් ටික්ටොක් රූ ගත කිරීම සහ ඡායාරූප ගැනීම සිදු කරන ලදී. මෙම අවස්ථාවේ දී කණ්ඩායමෙන් පිටව යන අධ්‍යක්ෂකවරුන්ට පුදුමයක් ලබා දෙමින් කේක් කැපීමක් ද සිදු කරන ලදී.දවසේ දෙවන සැසිය සත්කාරකත්වය දරනු ලැබුවේ Rtr. Zahra විසිනි. ඇය බ්ලොග් කණ්ඩායමට බ්ලොගය හුරුපුරුදු කිරීම සහ එහි පිරිසැලසුම හඳුන්වා දීමට උත්සහ කළාය. ඇය සියලුම ටැබ් සහ ඒවා තිබීමේ අරමුණ ගැන විස්තර බෙදා ගත්තාය. ඇය එක් එක් ටැබ් එකෙහි කාර්යයන් සහ ඒවායින් ආවරණය වන ප්‍රධාන ක්ෂේත්‍ර පැහැදිලි කළාය. මෙය අන්තර්ක්‍රියාකාරී සැසියක් වූ අතර එහිදී බ්ලොග් කණ්ඩායම බ්ලොගයේ සමස්ත ගුණාත්මක භාවය වැඩි දියුණු කරන්නේ කෙසේද සහ අවශ්‍ය වැඩිදියුණු කිරීම් සිදු කරන්නේ කෙසේද යන්න පිළිබඳව ඔවුන්ගේ අදහස් ද ලබා දුන්නෝය.

Zahra සංස්කරණ ඉඟි කිහිපයක් පිළිබඳ මූලික අවබෝධයක් ලබා දුන්නාය. ඇය කණ්ඩායමේ සාමාජිකයන් අතර විශ්වාසය ඇති කළ අතර වඩා හොඳ දස්කම් දැක්වීමට ඔවුන්ව පොළඹවන ලදී. දවස අවසානයේදී, කණ්ඩායමට ඔවුන්ගේ සැකයන් දුරු වී ඇති අතර බ්ලොග් එක ගැන පැහැදිලි අදහසක් තිබුණි. සැසිය අවසන් කිරීමට පෙර Rtr. அது டிக்டாக் மற்றும் புலகப்படங்கலை எடுப்பது. வமலும், இந்த நிகழ்லவ ெிறிய cake உடன் தகாண்டாடி தவைிவயறும் ததாகுப்பாைர்களுக்கு குழு ஒரு ெிறிய ஆச்ெரியத்லத அைித்தது. அன்லறய இரண்டாவது அமர்லவ Rtr. Zahra ததாகுத்து வழங்கினார். வலைப்பதிலவ உருவாக்குவது பற்றி வலைப்பதிலவ நன்கு அறிந்த அவர் குழு மற்றும் அதன் தைவலமப்லப அறிமுகப்படுத்தியதுடன், அலனத்து tabs பற்றிய விவரங்கலையும் பகிர்ந்து தகாண்டார். அவற்லற லவத்திருப்பதன் பின்னணியில் உள்ை வநாக்கம், ஒவ்தவாரு tab இன் தெயல்பாடுகள் மற்றும்முக்கிய பகுதிகலை அவர் விைக்கினார். இது ஒரு ெிறந்த இலணப்லப ஏற்படுத்தும் அமர்வாக இருந்தது. அங்கு வலைப்பதிவு குழுவும் வலைப்பதிவின் ஒட்டுதமாத்த தரத்லத எவ்வாறு வமம்படுத்துவது மற்றும் வதலவயான வமம்பாடுகலைச் தெய்வது பற்றிய கருத்துக்கலை வழங்கியது.
Rtr. Zahra ெிை ததாகுப்புடன் ததாடர்புலடய ெிை குறிப்புக்கலை பகிர்ந்ததுடன், மற்றும் அலதப் பற்றிய அடிப்பலட புரிதலை வழங்கினார். அவர் குழு உறுப்பினர்கைிலடவய நம்பிக்லகலய ஏற்படுத்தி அவர்கலை ெிறப்பாக தெயல்பட ஊக்குவித்தார். நாைின் முடிவில், குழு தங்கள் ெந்வதகங்கலை நிவர்த்தி தெய்து வலைப்பதிலவப் பற்றிய ததைிவான வயாெலனலயப் தபற்றது. அமர்லவ முடிக்கும்முன்னர், Rtr. Mandini புதிய அணிக்கு வழிகாட்ட தங்கள் பரபரப்பான வவலை அட்டவலணயில் இருந்து வநரத்லத ஒதுக்கியமுன்னாள் இலணததாகுப்பாைர்களுக்கும், பயிற்ெி பட்டலறலய தவற்றியலடயச் தெய்த அலனவருக்கும் நன்றிலய ததரிவித்தனர்.
