From a shy prospect member to Sports & Recreational Co-Director, this journey in the Rotaract Club of University of Colombo Faculty of Management and Finance has been a story of growth, learning and transformation. It was never just about a title or a position but about evolving through every challenge, every project and every moment spent with an incredible team.
Rotaract shaped me in ways I never expected. It taught me resilience, teamwork and the ability to bring people together with purpose. Somewhere Along the way, I became more confident, more grounded and more aware of my own potential. I would say it was not just a role but a journey that quietly built a leader within me.
I’m deeply thankful to everyone who has been part of this experience and pushed me to keep going even when things got tough. I will always carry this journey with gratitude.
