“‘Untold Stories’ is a project organized by the FMF Blog of the Rotaract Club of University of Colombo Faculty of Management and Finance, aiming to bring hidden voices and inspiring narratives to light. The project was designed to provide a platform for students to express their ideas and creativity through articles, essays and poems centered on themes of life, memories and culture. In order to give equal opportunities to all languages, the submissions were accepted using all three languages.
Under the guidance of Rtr. Kavindu Hashen and Rtr. Shandel Fernando, the Co-Editors of the FMF Blog, the project ‘Untold Stories’ was led by the Co-Chairpersons, Rtr. Shamila Junaid and Rtr. Hirushi Rajapaksha. The creative and enthusiastic graphic design team contributed greatly to the success of this project by creating beautiful graphic designs for the articles received.
The collection of articles began during the end-of-year university vacation, allowing university students who were relaxing away from academic activities to share their thoughts that they had not shared before.
After the end of the article collection period, the articles in ‘Untold Stories’ began to be published on the FMF. It would be surprising if the articles, consisting of previously unshared thoughts, insights and poems, did not inspire the hearts of the readers.
Thus, the ‘Untold Stories’ project was successfully concluded by providing a platform for writers to share ideas and an opportunity for readers to read important ideas.
‘Untold Stories’ යනු කොළඹ විශ්ව විද්යාලයේ කළමණාකරණ හා මූල්ය පීඨයේ රොටරැක්ට් සංගමයේ FMF Blog සංවිධානය කළ ව්යාපෘතියකි. ජීවිතය, මතකයන් සහ සංස්කෘතිය ගැන ලිපි, නිසදැස් සහ කවි රචනා කිරීමට ශිෂ්ය ශිෂ්යාවන්ට අවස්ථාව සලසාදීම මෙම ව්යාපෘතියේ අරමුණ විය. සියලු භාෂාවන්ට සමාන අවස්ථා ලබාදීමේ අරමුණින්, භාෂා තුනම භාවිතයෙන් නිර්මාණ භාර ගැනීම සිදු කරන ලදී.
FMF Blog හි සම සංස්කාරකවරුන් වන රොටරැක්ට් කවිඳු හශේන්ගේ සහ රොටරැක්ට් ෂැන්ඩෙල් ප්රනාන්දුගේ මග පෙන්වීම යටතේ, රොටරැක්ට් ෂමිලා ජුනයිඩ් හා රොටරැක්ට් හිරුෂි රාජපක්ෂ විසින් ‘Untold stories’ මෙහෙයවන ලදී.
වර්ෂ අවසාන විශ්ව විද්යාල නිවාඩුව තුළ නිර්මාණ එකතු කිරීම ආරම්භ වූයේ අධ්යාපන කටයුතුවලින් බැහැරව විවේකීව සිටින විශ්ව විද්යාල සිසුන්ට තමා මෙතෙක් බෙදා නොගත් අදහස් බෙදා ගැනීමට ඉඩ සලසා දෙමිනි.
නිර්මාණශීලී හා උද්යෝගිමන් ග්රැෆික් නිර්මාණ කණ්ඩායම ලස්සන ග්රැෆික් නිර්මාණ, ලැබුණු ලිපි සඳහා නිර්මාණය කරමින් මෙම ව්යාපෘතිය සාර්ථක කර ගැනීමට විශාල සහයක් ලබා දුන්හ.
ලිපි එකතු කිරීමේ කාලය අවසන් වීමෙන් පසු FMF Blog හි ලිපි පළ කිරීම ඇරඹුණි. මින් පෙර බෙදා නොගත් සිතුවිලි වලින් සමන්විත වූ ලිපි, නිසදැස් හා කවි කියවන්නන්ගේ සිතට ආශ්වාදය ගෙන නොආවේ නම් එය පුදුමයකි.
මෙසේ ලියන්නන් සඳහා අදහස් බෙදා ගැනීමට වේදිකාවක්ද, කියවන්නන් සඳහා වැදගත් අදහස් කියවීමට අවස්ථාවද සලසා ‘Untold Stories’ ව්යාපෘතිය සාර්ථකව අවසන් විය.
‘சொல்லப்படாத கதைகள்’ என்பது, மறைந்திருக்கும் குரல்களையும் எழுச்சியூட்டும் கதைகளையும் வெளிச்சத்திற்குக் கொண்டுவரும் நோக்கில், கொழும்புப் பல்கலைக்கழக மேலாண்மை மற்றும் நிதியியல் பீட ரோட்டராக்ட் சங்கத்தின் FMF வலைப்பதிவால் ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்ட ஒரு திட்டமாகும். வாழ்க்கை, நினைவுகள் மற்றும் கலாச்சாரம் ஆகிய கருப்பொருள்களை மையமாகக் கொண்ட கட்டுரைகள், ஆக்கக்கட்டுரைகள் மற்றும் கவிதைகள் மூலம் மாணவர்கள் தங்கள் எண்ணங்களையும் படைப்பாற்றலையும் வெளிப்படுத்துவதற்கான ஒரு தளத்தை வழங்கும் நோக்கில் இந்தத் திட்டம் வடிவமைக்கப்பட்டது.. அனைத்து இலங்கை மொழிகளுக்கும் வாய்ப்பளிக்கும் வகையில், படைப்புகள் மூன்று மொழிகளிலும் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்பட்டன.
FMF Blog இணைப் பதிப்பாசிரியர்களான ரோட்டராக்டர் கவிந்து ஹஷேன் மற்றும் ரோட்டராக்டர் ஷாண்டல் பெர்னாண்டோ ஆகியோரின் வழிகாட்டுதலின் கீழ், ‘சொல்லப்படாத கதைகள்’ திட்டமானது இணைத் தலைவர்களான ரோட்டராக்டர் ஷமிலா ஜுனைத் மற்றும் ரோட்டராக்டர் ஹிருஷி ராஜபக்ஷா ஆகியோரால் வழிநடத்தப்பட்டது. படைப்பாற்றல் மிக்க மற்றும் ஆர்வமுள்ள வரைகலை வடிவமைப்பு குழுவினர், பெறப்பட்ட கட்டுரைகளுக்கு அழகான வரைகலை வடிவமைப்புகளை உருவாக்கி, இத்திட்டத்தின் வெற்றிக்குப் பெரிதும் பங்களித்தனர்.
கல்வி நடவடிக்கைகளிலிருந்து விலகி ஓய்வெடுத்துக் கொண்டிருந்த பல்கலைக்கழக மாணவர்கள், தாங்கள் இதுவரை பகிர்ந்துகொள்ளாத எண்ணங்களைப் பகிர்ந்துகொள்ளும் வகையில், ஆண்டு இறுதிப் பல்கலைக்கழக விடுமுறையின் போது கட்டுரைகளின் தொகுப்பு தொடங்கியது.
கட்டுரை சேகரிப்புக் காலம் முடிவடைந்த பிறகு, ‘சொல்லப்படாத கதைகள்’ (Untold Stories) தொகுப்பில் உள்ள கட்டுரைகள் FMF வலைப்பதிவிலும் ரோட்டராக்ட் கிளப்பின் சமூக ஊடகப் பக்கங்களிலும் வெளியிடத் தொடங்கின. இதற்கு முன் பகிரப்படாத எண்ணங்கள், நுண்ணறிவுகள் மற்றும் கவிதைகளைக் கொண்ட இந்தக் கட்டுரைகள், வாசகர்களின் இதயங்களைத் தூண்டாமல் இருந்திருந்தால் அது ஆச்சரியமாக இருந்திருக்கும்.
இவ்வாறு, எழுத்தாளர்கள் தங்கள் கருத்துக்களைப் பகிர்ந்து கொள்வதற்கான ஒரு தளத்தையும், வாசகர்கள் முக்கியமான கருத்துக்களைப் படிப்பதற்கான ஒரு வாய்ப்பையும் வழங்கி, ‘சொல்லப்படாத கதைகள்’ திட்டம் வெற்றிகரமாக நிறைவடைந்தது.
