4. Affirm Your Strengths: Celebrate small wins. Even during struggles, recognize your strengths and progress, no matter how minor they seem.No matter the challenge, embracing a growth mindset through positive self-talk will empower you to view setbacks as part of the journey rather than obstacles. With patience and practice, you’ll gradually build resilience, cultivate a stronger sense of self-belief, and continue growing toward your goals.
