Rotaractors of the Month – February 2025

Some leaders lead with words, but others lead with action .Liviru Silva and Mihan Perera are perfect examples of the latter. As the powerhouse behind Entivity 2.0, these two truly showed what it means to lead with passion, teamwork, and a deep sense of responsibility. we’re proud to celebrate them as our Rotaractors of the Month.

From day one, Liviru and Mihan stepped up with full energy and commitment. They didn’t wait to be told what to do . they stayed one step ahead at all times, often completing tasks before they were even assigned. Their enthusiasm and strong sense of ownership helped the entire team feel more confident and excited about the project. What really set them apart was their ability to blend creativity with clear thinking. Whether it was designing engaging posts, handling public relations, or making sure all communications ran smoothly, they tackled every challenge with a calm and smart approach. Their positive attitude and fresh ideas brought new energy to the whole team. Behind the scenes, they were just as strong. From managing the budget and preparing reports to coordinating with stakeholders and guiding the rest of the team, they handled every part of the project with care and attention. Their leadership was not about giving orders, but about working together, helping others, and always being ready to step in when needed. Liviru and Mihan took on the project as their own, putting in the time, effort, and heart it needed to become a success. And thanks to their dedication, Entivity 2.0 became something truly memorable, not just another event, but an experience people will remember. They’ve shown us all that leadership is about being reliable, passionate, and working together to bring out the best in everyone.
