Well…. Life isn’t a sprint. Behind the dark clouds, there is a bright blue sky waiting to shine once you blow the clouds away.

Slow down for a second. Take a breath. Where are you right now? Do you see nature? Pick a flower. Take yourself on solo dates to spend some quality time or perhaps you can romanticize your to do list. Get your nails done. Buy yourself flowers. Sit back and read a book and allow yourself some cozy space. And remember that this current version of yourself loves you and that’s not going to change.
