“Know Your Co 2.0” was a fun project enjoyed by all members of the Rotaract Club at the University of Colombo Faculty of Management and Finance. It was organized by the Public Relations Avenue for the Second time. The project featured an interview series with two interesting segments in each video, published on YouTube. The aim was to allow the co-directors of the Rotaract Club to relax and discover unknown aspects about their own roles.
The video shoots were the most enjoyable part of the project. Unlike last time, where we recorded at the university pavilion, this time we collaborated with “LA LUNA Pizzeria and Café,” a wonderful venue with beautiful surroundings and delicious food. We selected two locations for our shoots. The shooting took place over four consecutive days, starting at 9:00 a.m. on the first day. On the first day, we interviewed Rtr. Venuja and Rtr. Ajini from the Digital Communication Avenue, Rtr. Malith and Rtr. Hirumi from the Community Service Avenue, and Rtr. Sethum and Rtr. Shenaya from the Finance Avenue. On the second day, we interviewed Rtr. Shamalky and Rtr. Dinuka from the Environment Service Avenue, Rtr. Randula and Rtr. Venumi from the Sports Avenue, Rtr. Amaan and Rtr. Mandini, our Editors, and Rtr. Binula and Rtr. Uvini from the Club Service Avenue.
It was heartwarming to see Rtr. Dinuka giving a rose to Rtr. Shamalky. However, Rtr. Binula arrived super late for the shooting. The third day was chaotic due to the crowd and noise at LA LUNA Café. Additionally, our camera’s battery died while shooting Rtr. Piyumi and Rtr. Falliha, the Co-Directors of the Public Relations Avenue. On the last day, we shot our beloved President Rtr. Vishvi and Secretary Rtr. Melisha. Finally, we shot the Excos, including Rtr. Janul, Rtr. Chanuka, Rtr. Mindya, Rtr. Subavi, Rtr. Raveesha, Rtr. Theeksha, Rtr. Alli, and Rtr. Zahra. After all the shoots, we published our videos on YouTube. It was an amazing project coordinated by Rtr. Okitha and Rtr. Saduni.
“Know Your Co 2.0” යනු කොළඹ විශ්ව විද්යාලයේ කළමනාකරණ හා මූල්ය පීඨයේ Rotaract Club හි සාමාජිකයින් විසින් භුක්ති විඳි විනෝදාත්මක ව්යාපෘතියකි. එය දෙවන වරටත් Public Relations Avenue විසින් සංවිධානය කරන ලදී. මෙම ව්යාපෘතිය YouTube හි ප්රකාශයට පත් කරන ලද සෑම වීඩියෝවකම රසවත් කොටස් දෙකක් සහිත සම්මුඛ සාකච්ඡා මාලාවක් ඇතුළත් විය. වීඩියෝ රූගත කිරීම් ව්යාපෘතියේ වඩාත්ම විනෝදජනක කොටස විය. පසුගිය වතාවේ මෙන් නොව, අපි විශ්ව විද්යාල මණ්ඩපයේ පටිගත කළ විට, මෙවර අපි “LA LUNA Pizzeria and Café” සමඟ සහයෝගයෙන් කටයුතු කළෙමු, අලංකාර වටපිටාවකින් සහ රසවත් ආහාර වලින් සමන්විත අපූරු ස්ථානයකි. අපි අපේ රූගත කිරීම් සඳහා ස්ථාන දෙකක් තෝරා ගත්තා. පළමු දිනයේ පෙරවරු 9.00 ට ආරම්භ වූ මෙම වෙඩි තැබීම අඛණ්ඩව දින හතරක් පුරා සිදු විය. පළමු දවසේ Rotaract සාමාජිකයින් සමඟ සම්මුඛ පරීක්ෂණයක් සිදු කරන ලදී. Rt. Venuja සහ Rtr. Ajini ඩිජිටල් සන්නිවේදන මාවතේ, Rtr. Malith සහ Rtr. Hirumi ප්රජා සේවා මාවතේ සහ Rtr. Sethum සහ Rtr. Shenaya මූල්ය මාවතෙන් සහභාගි වූහ. දෙවෙනි දවසේ ද අපි Rotaract සාමාජිකයන් සමඟ සම්මුඛ පරීක්ෂණයක් කළහ. Rtr. Shamalky සහ Rtr. Dinuka පරිසර සේවා මාවත, Rtr. Randula සහ Rtr. Venumi ක්රීඩා මාවතේ, Rtr. வீடியோ படப்பிடிப்புகள் திட்டத்தின் மிகவும் சுவாரஸ்யமாக பகுதியாக இருந்தன. கடந்த முறை பல்கலைக்கழக பெவிலியனில் நாங்கள் பதிவு செய்ததைப் போலல்லாமல், இம்முறை அழகான சூழல் மற்றும் சுவையான உணவுகளுடன் கூடிய அற்புதமான இடமான “LA LUNA Pizzeria and Café” உடன் ஒத்துழைத்தோம். நாங்கள் படப்பிடிப்பிடிற்காக இரண்டு இடங்களை தெரிவுசெய்தோம். படப்பிடிப்பானது தொடர்ந்து நான்கு நாட்கள் காலை 9 மணி முதல் இடம்பெற்றது. முதல் நாள் Digital Communication Avenue இன் Rtr.
